The workers were very care of all landscaping as well as the lanai roof screens. They cleaned everything thoroughly and made passes with their magnet to check for wayward nails on the ground. Once completed Mr Washburn returned for a final review of his team's work and also did another pass with the magnet for any stray nails. I called the number and Olivia quickly scheduled for me. This morning 9:00am Mr. Cliff Sikes showed up on time with his pickup truck. He checked the damaged soffits and said he can fix right away. I was so happy. Cliff not just fixed damaged pieces, he also tighten the whole area and carefully checked every piece by piece and make sure they are all fixed.
