I hired them in mid summer and they asked if it could wait till fall. They showed up early spring to do the job. I cut them a check at the office and nothing was said then. After i got home they rutted my asphalt drive way a good 4 inches with the boom truck with the trunk on it when they left. They did not make me aware that they were going to load the trunk on the truck and drive out my driveway. This could have been done in two steps but loading the trunk in the road would have saved my drive way. When they called me they simply said my drive way already had issues and just wanted their couple dollars in sales tax. I am paying the sales tax and repairing my drive way on my own dime and i will never do business with this company again. Amazing what a hundred dollars will do to your reputation in a small town that we have known in the business circle for years. Good luck with this new ownership and buyer beware. Avoid at all costs.

The stump removal machine broke down when they were removing the stump. This was on a Thursday. Owner said they would be back Monday or Tuesday of the next week to finish the stump. No show. Had to call on Thursday (1 week after tree removal) to see when he was going to finish stump. He acted like it had already been done. So he said he would do the rest of the stump the next day. Showed up early the next day (Friday) and finished stump. He and another person came. The other person just stood around. They brought no blower for clean up Finished stump but got chips all over the street which I ended up cleaning up, again, and also neighbors driveway. I would not call this company again for any future tree removal.
