Had to call on Thursday (1 week after tree removal) to see when he was going to finish stump. He acted like it had already been done. So he said he would do the rest of the stump the next day. Showed up early the next day (Friday) and finished stump. He and another person came. The other person just stood around. They brought no blower for clean up Finished stump but got chips all over the street which I ended up cleaning up, again, and also neighbors driveway.
