Took advantage of my 70+ year old parents and destroyed their yard, leaving them needing a septic inspection after they dropped a tree on it (the entire reason they were hired.) Dominique in particular lied repeatedly and followed through on nothing, promising refunds and then ghosting us. No calls no shows for resolution. She tells us worker Aaron is "getting fired" through the entire weekend-long ordeal as though that's supposed to help the situation. They had such good reviews but something has clearly changed. Only their climber wore a hard hat / other safety equipment. No one on that crew is a certified arborist! The foreman smelled like beer and marijuana and I caught them smoking in my driveway when I was pulling out to go get money to pay their boss in cash for "day rate" it was around $3,300... Not worth the money, The Ground men dropped 3 trees and took out almost every spruce sapling i've planted this year and Left a decent size puddle of oil in my driveway.. They didnt try to clean it up.. i just got my driveway replaced a little over a year ago & now i have this beautiful black spot stained in the middle of my driveway that i have to see every day. read more

Baron and his son from Orion Tree Service came to my house and took care of a dead tree that was within thirty feet of the home. They were courteous and very efficient in taking down the tree. Also, they did a great job of clean-up when it was done. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future as price was fair and they were very professional. read more
