She even let the teachers decorate their own classrooms which says a lot about how she respects her staff. The staff is phenomenal!! I'm greeted every day by several staff members when we come and leave and they tell me about my kids day. They've always been was very accommodating to our needs. My son loves going there! It was a hot day and they left brand new unopened soy milk and bags of breast milk outside sitting in the sun. Again how many places do you know that are scabies infested and when my child got shingles we didn't even know it was going because they didn't post it. One of the teachers school age children was on video hitting toddlers with big sticks and no teachers were near to stop it.

One of our kids has special needs, so the smaller size of Here We Grow was perfect for him to receive the extra attention and guidance that he needed to further his development, and he could have fun while not being overstimulated by a large number of children. The progress he made across two years at Here We Grow was absolutely amazing. Miss Mandy is great at setting expectations while also making learning fun for the kids. She is also great at assessing each child's needs and determining what might be beneficial for them to succeed in her classroom and also outside the classroom. Here We Grow is also a wonderful way to prepare for Kindergarten given the structured schedule. Miss Mandy is also great at communicating with parents and even taking extra time out of her schedule to email and meet with parents. We really feel that we are on the same team with her and developed a partnership and she's great at offering guidance, support, and encouragement. We couldn't be happier with the education our kids have received at Here We Grow Preschool and we highly recommend it. This is the first summer our son has needed summer care. He spends almost every beautiful day outside, there are three parks near the facility that they play outside at every day. There are two larger parks just a short walk away that they play at. Tuesday and Thursday are pool days, where they spend the entire afternoon at the Belmont pool, which I absolutely love. Being from a small town, I spent every summer day outside, playing at the pool, playing outside with friends, just being active and loving the weather away from school. I'm so glad we found a place in Lincoln that does the same thing. On the rainy days, they have a ton of indoor activities to do as well, and a huge gym to play in. Every day he comes home with a new story of something new he did and new friends he met. Plus, free breakfast and lunch!
