They were insulting on the phone and the owner hung up on me after I simply asked for her e-mail and fax in order to get a copy of the bills so I knew what I was paying. They have never helped my son when he's gotten bullied there. This is the worst daycare experience I've ever had. They tried to tell me I needed a court order to even talk to them and lied and told me my son was on a field trip when he wasn't, just to get me to leave.

We don't have any good thing to say about this day care. It was very mechanical. When you leave…read moreyour child with someone, you want someone who would make her feel loved. Most of the teachers are very young, around 16 or 17 and I never got that sense there. There are too many things to note down. First and foremost, there are too many children in one room. They combine 9 to 10 month old children with 4/5 year olds. My daughter was bitten everyday. We didn't even get incident report for it. Everyday she had a bite mark. It was only after showing the bite mark, we started getting incident reports. After a week of getting bitten, director talked to us but she is always in a haste and made us feel like we were taking too much of her time. We started looking for other day care right after then. They stopped combining bigger kids with toddlers after that but the age range is still large. Also, we never got good answers or someone to listen to when trying to ask how was her day and her daily activities. Most of the times the answer is, its on her sheet. that's it. She came home dirty and unhappy. Second big thing is they kept saying she was sick and was fussy all day but when we got her home, she was all happy. I'm not sure if she wasn't getting enough food or something that upset her at day care. A friend of mine had same issue, they called her up saying her boy was fussy and the reason was he wasn't given his bottle. She got her son out too. I wish I hadn't waited that long. We are so glad we moved her out of there and she is so much happier!! Parents beware, it may seem ok when you take the tour first but we were not a bit impressed with day to day operation. I'm definitely not recommending this place to anyone else.

Worst place in town, take your children somewhere else. They wouldn't care about your child…read more Imagine hire 18yo, 19yo to take care newborns. If you run into any problems with them, good luck dealing with them. The managers there wouldn't give a damn. We took our son there for 1 month, couldn't deal with them any longer. They wouldn't listen to what you have to say, they will just let your child sit there and cry for hours. We asked to have our son fed every 3 hours, everyday they would give us the report, it says that our son takes 5oz every 3 hours, which is great. That's awesome. Or maybe not, one day my sister stop by to drop off her son at 12:15pm. Then she saw my son sitting there crying. She ask the staff if they have feed my son yet, it's almost 4 hours since his last meal. The girl gave my sister a side eye look, then she gets up to make a bottle. My son wouldn't take it, he spit it right out. And again, my sister try to help, she noticed the bottle is way too hot and ask the staff to check the temp, the girl was like, "yep it's a little hot, I guess you have to wait buddy". I came and pick my son up that day, guess what, they wrote on the daily report that they fed my son at 11:30am. I also asked them to put cream my my son face, since he was having rash issue, they would speard the scream all over his face, I mean everywhere, it got into his eye, at first I thought because of the rash, that's why his eyes got red and swollen. I came in the next day ask the manager, named by Kayla to show to the video footage of 11:30am to make sure that they actually feed my son, and when they put cream on his face. Too bad, I was told she doesn't have to access to it, and will have to talk to the owner. So I asked her to get back to me, I wanted to see the video. The next day, I asked for the video again, Kayla was like, I have talked to the staff and they confirmed that they did feed him at 11:30am, so show me the video if you have nothing to hide, still no video. Lastly, we asked to withdraw our son, she just says ok, I will delete his information. Then the next day she told me that she can refund the money if I wanted to leave earlier, this is Wed. I got back to her on Thursday, letting her know that I will leave early, so Friday would be his last day there. Again, on Thursday, my wife come to pick up our son, they have already packed all my son stuffs and just hang it to her without saying a word.

Bubbles and blocks on 48th and Pioneers is the worse daycare ever. My grandson started there over…read morea month ago he was signed up to go Monday-Thursday. about three weeks after he started they gave My daughter a warning that he had to be there on Fridays her day off for at least 6 hours. Why would she take him on her day off. They told her she would be charged for it no matter what this was never told to us when he started. Then then called her today and said effective today he could no longer come back because he missed another Friday. We were already looking for another daycare but needed just a little more time.. My other daughter was let into the locked door by head staff and not asked for a ID and was able to walk right into the daycare and get him no questions asked. A random lady that they have never met was able to go into a locked facility was directed to his room and picked up with not ONE question asked We didn't want him to have to go back there it's not safe they don't know me or my other daughter at this daycare never seen us never met us and both of us at different times walked in there and picks up my grandson . No one asked us who were no name nothing. When I addressed the head lady regarding this she said if you got in with a code we don't ask who you are. . How they would even know that I got in with a code or i Walked in behind someone when my no one was even uo There. when asked about it the head director lied right to my face and told me my daughter had called and said he was getting picked up early which was impossible because she was in the hospital and even if she had called and said someone else was picking him up they still didn't know my other daughter or what she looks like at all and was able to walk right out the doors with him The diaper was put on everyday with the tabs overlapping so tight I have pictures of The marks on my grandson. From the diaper. They definitely don't wipe their noses. tI wouldn't trust hem to tell the truth about anything if they had to lie about something so simple what else could they be lying about. Don't take your child here it is not safe.

I am following up on my review from September 2017. Liberti Young (daughter of the owners of this…read moredaycare) reached out to me after I aired my concerns on all social media sites, the local news, google, BBB and YELP. She did everything in her power to fix my issues. Including but not limited to, reaching out to her parents, other daycare parents etc. With her help, as well as DHHS and my pushing for an immediate change, this facility has since let go of the director. I have NO doubts that the previous director and 2 of her employees were abusive to not only my children, but other children. Liberti Young has now taken over the center as director and has done everything in her power to create an outstanding place for your children to attend and I have no doubts that the children are now in safe hands! I can be found on facebook Brittany Micari and via email at brittanym402@gmail.com if you would like further information. Young Voices Child Development Center is not a bad place to take your children, it's a very new, and clean facility in a good location. It's suitable for all ages. My accusastions was toward the (since fired) director LuAnn who was not only the abuser but allowing the abuse, all accused have moved on (hopefully out of childcare). Thanks for reading :)
