Now knowing there was a change in management, and here shortly again, we are not renewing our lease. The gentleman who has been the most helpful throughout this whole ordeal after the last change of management, Marcus, definitely has been a godsend from the current management staff. It is my understanding he will be transitioning into the management position soon. And it's a disappointment after giving notice as well due to the constant increase of rent, but of course our paychecks not meeting up with the cost of living, which includes rent here (and it doesn't help I'm a full time student). I definitely want to wish him and his soon to be staff best of luck on his endeavors with this property. I know he has some work ahead of him. By all means, this property is not bad. We never had any issues at all when we moved in during the pandemic until the current management staff came in. Unfortunately, there was only one maintenance personnel left and they are literally pushing him to the breaking point, which is inhumane for this type of complex as well. He has 0 help at all, when I leave for work in the morning, he's ruining around trying to get things done as much as possible. He's human. One person can do so much. And yet, this current manager lady (not the one who will be taking over) has refused to hire anyone to help him. And to me it's mind boggling. And this is how people get burn out. I work a the healthcare industry, and we have seen our fair share of burn outs. I'm surprised he hasn't quit yet. And it's understandable to, it's to expensive to do so, and therefore, Duane, the manager here, has gotten him by the toe. The only reason I have gave this complex a five star review again, is how amazing, professional, and how Marcus took charge when nobody else did of situations here. I believe everyone should be allowed a second chance, absolutely. And financially speaking, if that time comes again, I would come back here once we are able to get caught up with our finances as well when I do my time on campus, which is out of state. I would love to help Marcus out in anyway possible, if there is a way to repay him for his kind being that he has shown this community since he has arrived. He is the type of person that we had in the past and this is the type of person that this community will need going forward. A strong, kind, be there manager for this property. Be careful about 5 star reviews. I currently live here and it is the worst apartment experience I have ever had. The walls are PAPER THIN. I wish I was exaggerating... I could hear neighbors having sex as if I was in the same room. Christina, the manager, seems to love wielding her power. She makes my life hard when I need assistance by coming up with difficult rules and regulations. But, when it comes to things that would be to my detriment like higher costs, she seems more than willing to assist to make sure it gets done. It's a predictable hot and cold from her. On top of that, there seems to be favoritism towards hispanics as Christina is also hispanic. They get more assistance and perks than I do. It happens so many times, this too, has become predictable. This place is a joke. I put in an application got approved they never reached out to me I called a week later to find out the 271 they took out of my bank was forfeited because of there 48 hour rule. The lady in the office was complete rude. At the time I was still looking for a place and ask can I put that 271 toward the lease. Nope it's after 48 hours but you can spend another 271 and sign a lease. This place is a scam. Corporate is a joke reached out to them for no help. Anyone who reads this do yourself a favor and find a different place. So after the attempt of not being contacted from the leasing off my application was canceled. But don't worry they still kept my money because that is the ethical thing to do. Places like this are a joke. Also with the corporate office I had to reach out numerous time and Google there office in Texas to finally get transferred to the colorado office took about 2 weeks but don't worry there is no time frame for them to call you back. Every time I call the office, at North Creek, someone answers and is on top of whatever i call about. I have to say coming from a fancy apartment complex to a cheaper one to save money to buy a house I wasn't expecting much not only that even our "fancy" apartment would never answer the phone when we called or return VM's we would always have to walk to the office for any issues. From the 1st day we walked into the office Destiny and Jared have been phenomenal but not only that their communication with one another and their team ROCKS! please let me explain: 1. the day we came in Destiny gave us a quote showed us how to fill out an application online, i thought this process and being approved would take days, BUT not true, Destiny put in the work and had us approved and signing a lease the NEXT day! 2. they have been so accommodating with every stitch of the moving in process, understanding, going over and beyond for any issues we may have had 3. had to resign the lease because we wanted to extend our lease to make it 13 months, talked to jared when we moved in I told him we would come by next day to resign the lease, Destiny had all the paper work already ready for us when we walked in and knew exactly why we were dropping by, fitting us in even when she was meeting with another resident. SERIOUSLY the staff HAS GREAT COMMUNICATION! 4. even though maintenance has our permission to enter, Destiny gives me a call and leaves a voicemail to update me about the maintenance issue reminding me they are coming on which day. 5. we had a few maintenance issues that had to be fixed in the apartment when we moved in and they have went over and beyond to replace major things and even little things I thought they may not give me the time of day about. 6. Tommy the maintenance attendant has been extremely amazing, professional, friendly, and another advocate for understanding and committed to fixing all of our maintenance issues, I am sincerely BLOWN away by this. Not only this he is humble but an EXTREMELY hard worker, you can JUST TELL, so KIND! they did have a huge change in staff I believe and this team is like the DREAM TEAM. I sincerely hope the owners treat them well so that they stick around! The whole staff deserves a raise or recognition to how amazing they are with customer service and running this complex. I want anyone shopping around to know this place is awesome. they are doing new renovations which are beautiful but we only had a non renovated unit available to us at the time of move in and me who is picky with where I live was amazed at still how nice the unit and grounds were. added bonus backs up to an open space, huge mail drop box I can drop packages, lots of storage, reserved parking spots, year round pool and hot tub. un-renovated units have washer and dryer in unit, new carpet, fresh gray colored paint with white trim and vaulted ceilings all of which are my favorite parts, besides the staff, with out the great staff and their concern for their residents this place would probably have a entirely different review from us Thank you Destiny, Jared and Tommy and the other maintenance crew from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done and continue to do for us. These apartments are so nasty when I moved in there was so many bugs can't wait until my lease is up . Steve the maintenance supervisor takes forever to get to the service request and when he gets to the he half asses them and you Gota call them back out 4 times Alex in the office is so rude and will do nothing to help you. I have only lived at these apartments for 5 days and since then there have been major problems which I will list,(I won't list all because I don't want to write an essay) The biggest was driving across the country to live here to come move in day to find my apt being cleaned ON MOVE IN DAY, trash was everywhere and only a broom was used to clean, not very sanitary. After going to the office extremely upset all we got was a "sorry" and a poor compensation offer of $200 after us paying nearly $4000 as a deposit and first months rent an hour before, besides a horrific first impression I am still finding mystery goo on walls,dust,ants, toilets that need to be replaced worn appliances. The complex is great besides the fact you have to pay for parking and can't have guests parked in the parking lot or else a tow truck will remove your car and the homeless people going through the garbage. All in all I have contacted about every level of management and only get the same lousy $200 offer, very upset I moved here and feel very disrespected by my treatment here so far due to managements lack of trying to make things right, I hope no other tenants have the same experience here as I have so far. read more

North Creek Apartments is a great place to live. The managing staff is completely awesome, any problems I encountered were dealt with quickly. They care about their residents and the property. The units are well maintained, spacious and have everything you need but aren't anything fancy. According to the leasing manager, they are going to be doing renovations all over, including the pool area, the kids playground and the gym. That is exciting!! It's a fairly quiet complex. We do hear the neighbors above us walking around and can occasionally hear talking or the TV, but that's living in an apartment. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in the area. read more

My family has lived here for 3 yrs now lived up here from Houston, TX. Recently the property was purchased by Lincoln Property Company. We've never had any issues with any of the mgmt companies! You would be surprised if you pay on time and operate under the rules of each lease agreement the amount of respect you can receive. The absolute worst of the worst. These women in the office are liars, rude, really bad at their job, and will do zero to help you once they have your money. We moved in nov 7th to building F. We moved out Dec 31st, after thousands of dollars wasted because the trash bags that were dressed as humans living above us were the worst neighbors I've had in 20 years of apartment living. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS! The complex is full of dog poop. Everywhere. Meth heads dig in the trash bins for cans and food. They don't do anything about ice, some people have to be towed out every time it snows because the negligence of the maintenance. And good luck getting anything repaired. Hot tub doesn't work. It's all lies. Don't move here. Save yourself the headache and money. It's a nightmare. read more

I know there have been some bad reviews, but I really like it here. My fiancé and I have lived here since 2015. It's changed ownership twice since then, and some of the issues previous reviewers mentioned have gotten a lot better. The current owners are pretty good about having the dog poop cleaned up. There's still some around because some of the residents just refuse to clean up after themselves, but I've seen a guy out there every week picking it up. The apartments themselves are pretty nice and reasonably priced. I've never had a problem getting a maintenance request completed since the new owners took over (the old ones were a different story). They re-did the pool and hot tub so that it's heated in the winter. There are some nice trails and a park behind the complex, as well as the most adorable prairie dog colony (I love them), which also attracts a lot of cool birds of prey. We've seen American Kestrels, all kinds of hawks, and even a Bald Eagle. It's not walkable to any shopping, but it's a convenient drive to groceries and the library, and it's right next to the highway, so getting downtown is only a 15 minute drive. Honestly, I feel like for the price, this is as good as you are going to get out here. read more

I moved out 9/17/16. Did everything on my end and I am still waiting on my deposit.... Not happy at all since it has almost been 2 months. I have went down to the office several times just to get the run around! All I want is my deposit back since I left the apartment cleaned and in better condition then what I got it in. read more
