Well my GF recommended Expertech she told me they always did all her work and inspections. I needed some work done and was working 10 12 hrs a day at new job and just didn't have time to do it myself. Expertech took it rt in and gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. when I got home that night my car was all set and charged me less then what he estimated me couldn't be happier. I won't even mention the attitude and how rude they were since it was covered by other reviewers. Stay away! Next time I'd rather push my car then deal with these crooks.

When I went in the last time wich is 45 minutes away there was some problem with my device and needed to be sent back luckily he had two new ones in stock. Unfortunly his calib re atio calibration machine said the same thing on both of you are the new ones so I was now stranded at his garage as. My car was dix Disabled he really went to bat for me when he called the company even going so far as to say that it was unaccessible and they made his buissnes look bad. Jerimahia then called another garage one hour away and asked if they had any extra devices and they had two. He then drove. The two hours to get them. When he tried tried the first of the new two it failed again to calibrate he called up the company again. He really went to bat for me again he then realized it had to be their calibration. Machine he then drove all the way back the two hour trip to use the other garages machine for me he gave up his own time giving up his towes and repares he went way above and out of his way so I would not be stranded. Managed to get my truck to Byrne's and the owner, Bob, couldn't have been nicer. It was a Sunday morning but he was open and said he'd work on it as fast as he could (on a Sunday morning!). We had to get my son to an AMC week camp that afternoon, but Bob said if he couldn't get it done by then he'd let us borrow a car and get our son to the camp, and then drive us to a local campground or hotel. He diagnosed the problem quickly (a brake pad slipped off and jammed in the caliper) and patiently explained my options and prices, which seemed extremely fair to me! Bob said go to lunch and he'd work on getting it done. We walked down the street to Mr Pizza (very good place) and by the time we got back he and his very talented mechanic had it finished! We managed to limp into Bumper to Bumper on a wing and a prayer. I can't say enough good things about this place. Jay Oulette, the owner, was the nicest guy imaginable. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, and was on the phone ordering the part he needed right after that. We have a foreign vehicle, and it was a custom engine part. Part arrived quickly, and as soon as the engine cooled down enough to do the work, it was fixed in under an hour. $110 for the part, $60 for the labor, and we were back on the road! We had a sad situation and needed the help of a truck with a winch and a flat bed. Our horse had…read moredied and we needed to find transport to a friend's horse cemetery. I called many places, no one could/would help. When I called B&B they did not hesitate. Bob came out himself and was very respectful and gentle with our loved one. He remained this way the entire trip from pickup to dropoff. When I spoke to him about the oddness of my request and thanked him he said "hey, I understand that the horse was part of your family, just like anyones cat or dog and I understood". He was gentle at dropoff and my wife gave him a hug. Our situation was maybe one he hadn't been asked to do before, and he didn't have to do it, but he did. In our time of great sadness in losing a family member, he made a tough situation work out as good as possible. This shows the character of the person you are dealing with in a business. Um it wasn't down in a ditch so ok.. figured if they couldn't find it then I would be charged mileage for there time NOPE they took it all!!!! And no refund crazy cause I went down to get it later that day and no way you could miss it ! When I called they didn't call back so I decided to drive down and when I got there they then said that they had sent out 2 drivers ???? Wtf do they need 2 for? Unreal honestly I was shocked that they wouldn't give me something back I wouldn't have mind to pay for just the inconvenience but this is ridiculous!!!!

Excellent, excellent shop about a five minute drive from Burke Mountain. We came up from CT for the…read moreweek and had some car troubles on day one. Being from out of state, it can be nerve wracking not having a place you are familiar with. Called up and everyone we dealt with was exceedingly pleasant and professional. After a day to get the new part shipped in, the car was fixed up and ready to go. The price was fair and the work was great. If we were from the area this place would be my new go-to repair shop. I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to make sure out-of-towners know this is an awesome business and one that they can feel comfortable trusting.
