After 2nd go, still not running true. Tried to make a 3rd appointment; nothing available for over a week. Took the vehicle to a quality mechanic and paid to have the tires balanced. They ran smoothly. Given the nature of the business, it seems like it should be able to balance new tires. Three strikes for this firm; so much for free balancing and rotation... The staff is reasonably friendly, and keeps appointments on time.

If you got towed and trying to get your car back... you're in for a wild ride!…read more Horrible customer service, my car got towed and when I called them to pick it up the same day they refused to give me the address or any other information, because they "don't work on weekends" which is BS because when you look at the Google site it says 24/7!!! I told the lady that and she said it's not true- then fix your hours!!!! Why did she answer the phone on a Saturday then??? They held my car for the whole weekend!!! I called on Monday to get the address and pay, she didn't have the rate and said she would call me back... never did, and when I called back at 4pm she tells me "we close at 5, and cars need to be out by 4:30" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? She had me waiting for her to call me back and probably dragging it so I would pay more. She told my boyfriend it would be $300, and then they told me $425... THIEFS!!!!!! I went to get it and the hood was popped open, they scratched the door to get in because the alarm went off, there were smudges everywhere, they unplugged the batteries and expected me to get out of the property like that!? Right after looking at me in the eyes and telling me "we don't damage property in this lot"... they broke a button near the stick shift, she had to call someone so they could walk her through on how to plug my batteries back in....

Um it wasn't down in a ditch so ok.. figured if they couldn't find it then I would be charged mileage for there time NOPE they took it all!!!! And no refund crazy cause I went down to get it later that day and no way you could miss it ! When I called they didn't call back so I decided to drive down and when I got there they then said that they had sent out 2 drivers ???? Wtf do they need 2 for? I had made calls to have them come back to fix it. I was told someone would contact me "when they were in the area". Never happened. My husband finally called and they sent someone out to look at it. We are then told it will be an additional $1345.00 to fix it. So unreliable and unprofessional. I have attached a photo of all the water on the floor. This happens every time we use the shower.
