Staff at Nouria said it was not their problem, it's DoorDash's problem.I called DoorDash. They said that they have nothing to do with it. After speaking to someone at Nouria the second time, she tells me I have to call Amatos customer service, and that "she doesn't know what to do about it." When I asked her to find someone who did know, she kept saying I had to call Amatos and that she does not know what I expect her to do about it? She didn't get somebody to help me. Amatos customer service said that Nouria charged it and collected the funds, they are the only ones who can refund it. Nouria needs to hire staff that knows how to navigate basic customer service issues. This is the second time they have screwed up a simple order. I live quite rurally, and options are few, so there is no motivation for them to actually provide customer service.

Pleasant experience!
