The complete experience, from initial contact through to formal site launch was superb! Sheila has a real talent for design. She made numerous suggestions on how to attract viewers to the site. Along the way, I had several tweaks to make and Sheila was available, flexible and willing to learn anything she didn't already know to make things work and look the way I wanted them to. I worked with Sheila virtually most of the time and she made the process clear, simple and effective with online planning and meeting tools. She was also willing to work around my schedule and meet with me live in the midst of her workday and even took time to come to me when we needed that level of intensive training time, teaching me how to run the back end of the site. Sheila is very patient, kind, and responsive. I am extremely happy and grateful with and for her. I definitely give her services a huge thumbs-up!

I've been working with Curtis for a few years now as the lead web developer for my pest control…read morebusiness. He's been able to implement my ideas, that I frequently send to him in poorly worded emails, into a reality on our site and it always looks fantastic. He's been able to work within our budget which is great and that's something not all companies are willing to do. He keeps the lines of communication open which is a huge! Sometimes you just need to call your developer for a quick chat to make sure you are both on the same page or to elaborate on your "vision." Curtis has always made time for these discussions and seems to pick up what I'm saying. He understands SEO, conversion techniques and tracking, website optimization, design/layout, adwords, and I'm sure a ton of other things that I'm unaware of. He sometimes sends me links to articles explaining topics and concepts that he is implementing so I understand the benefits of what he's doing. I appreciate that. Long story short, Webfinity TC is a great company, they have great people (Curtis!), and I highly recommend them.

A few months in, progress slowed considerably & we had to keep reaching out to request updates & request design collaboration mtgs. to get on the contractors schedule. Ultimately the contractor had to drop us for other work he had drawings for already, which created a scramble for a replacement contractor. Finally received final drawings after much pushing, however as we proceeded with the contractor found multiply large errors. County road setback incorrect & septic tank location incorrect created stress with government agencies & changes at the last minute. In addition, with the contractors assistance, many errors were found on the drawings which did not reflect earlier requested changes, included critical state code (Lack of no wind brace data). If you have a pile of money, plenty of time to burn & like being called out by the various government agencies for the errors, Norris is your guy.

They threw it away where I retrieved it from the trash and was able to glue it. Then, after speaking to the owner she had me take a picture of the figurine as proof and then, when the women still stuck to their story she basically called me the liar. SO, since this was a cheap little figurine - although valuable to me - I can only imagine what would happen if they broke something of real value. I wasn't even mad about the figurine - accidents happen, but was SO disappointed how this was handled.
