He's been able to implement my ideas, that I frequently send to him in poorly worded emails, into a reality on our site and it always looks fantastic. He's been able to work within our budget which is great and that's something not all companies are willing to do. He keeps the lines of communication open which is a huge! Sometimes you just need to call your developer for a quick chat to make sure you are both on the same page or to elaborate on your "vision." Curtis has always made time for these discussions and seems to pick up what I'm saying. He understands SEO, conversion techniques and tracking, website optimization, design/layout, adwords, and I'm sure a ton of other things that I'm unaware of. He sometimes sends me links to articles explaining topics and concepts that he is implementing so I understand the benefits of what he's doing. I appreciate that. Long story short, Webfinity TC is a great company, they have great people (Curtis!), and I highly recommend them.

They threw it away where I retrieved it from the trash and was able to glue it. Then, after speaking to the owner she had me take a picture of the figurine as proof and then, when the women still stuck to their story she basically called me the liar. SO, since this was a cheap little figurine - although valuable to me - I can only imagine what would happen if they broke something of real value. I wasn't even mad about the figurine - accidents happen, but was SO disappointed how this was handled.
