Now I have had the opportunity to have them do some work for me and I am also very impressed. They have a gutter cleaning/repair/maintenance team. Our home was built 28 years ago and after trying to seal the corners and joints for years, I finally decided to have it done professionally. I am also almost 70 and did not want to clean the gutters anymore. They added two downspouts where there were low spots and where I noticed overflowing with the heavy rains. They also found one area where the original gutters were not installed properly which has caused rot. I am SO happy I hired them to work for me. With them discovering the improperly installed gutter, I will be able to get it repaired at a minimal cost instead of a major one. If you want work done and you want it done right, call Alves. From start to finish I received constant contact about when they were coming, how long it would take and what needed to be done.

We wanted to get solar panels up before the end of the year. Carlos promised to get our new roof on in time. He coordinated with the solar installer, completed the garage roof first so the solar installer could get started putting the panels up there while Carlos and his crew finished roofing the rest of the house--right before Thanksgiving! He delivered! Carlos pays attention to quality and design, advised us in materials selection, and demonstrated he has had lots of experience installing top quality roofing. His five crew members are also pros. He works along side them, and they are a very cohesive group of professionals, good-natured, and good people. Several neighbors had reccommended Carlos Corradini to us. His quote for the job was competitive. No additional costs. Now we are recommending him to friends and anyone who has admired our new roof and solar panels. Call him. S. T.

Ben took the whole 4 hours to clean the master bathroom. My property manager arrived right after and found he did not clean behind the door or toilet. My wife and I could have done the whole home in 2 hours, but we're exhausted from moving. When asked, Ben said the job would take 3 more hours, at least. Plus, the windows would be another job. After being charged $340 dollars for 2 bathrooms and a fridge, we will now have to pay for whatever the property manager's cleaners have to do. Very unprofessional. Go to a reputable company that does not charge by the hour. In addition, I held back on posting everything, but when they decided to respond with false information, I felt the need to update my post on what you can expect if you are unhappy with their service. However, first, we lived in this house for 1 year. It was cleaned regularly but had not been lived in for almost a month when the cleaners came to do their work. Moreover, the employees knew the timeline that day and decided on their own not to work smarter and get everything done in 4.5 hours. I would like to repeat the owner worked on the master bathroom for 4.5 hours and my property manager still found spots missed behind the toilet and behind the door. Bonus, after being told they had 4.5 hours to do the work, about 1.5 hours into the work we were given our first, it will take at least 7 hours. They are paid hourly- each. Convenient. After posting my original review, I received several phone calls over the next week from Redwood Cleaning Company. I would not answer, but the phone calls persisted. Then the texts starting coming in. For days, we were told that we had miserable lives and we were a scam. We were told we were evil people and karma would come get us.
