Maintained at what appears to be top level maintenance. If you do happen to look up, you may see a variety of balls stuck in the rafters above. Also available to members is a gym and free weights. If you do happen to come here for a non-sporting event (which it seems this place is capable of holding) you will be greeted by a welcoming space. As proof of the bulletin board, this place is almost always busy. At first glance it would look like that this place is lacking parking, but that's only because the building itself hides a good portion of the available parking. Bathrooms are well kept and double as locker room area for the gym. There is an entrance in both the gym and lobby area. This place also sits along the Ghost Town Trail which is nice. Take a stroll or sit on the benches along the trail.

Mystery Mayhem Escapes was a mystery indeed because I had no idea this establishment existed. I enjoyed the facility, and the owner was a pleasant resource for axe throwing tips. Previously, I did most of my axe throwing in my enchanted forest. After one too many yeets, several maple trees ganged up and tortured me in my sleep -- leaving me behind as they ran away to find new ground. I would return, but one of the trees fell on my Nissan Leaf rental car.

All of us had a blast solving puzzles and competing to see which group would solve their room first. The puzzles are challenging and really engage everyone's unique abilities. We also had some time to test our axe throwing skills. Our group loved this too. I think that this is a great place for all types of groups. Hopefully we get to return for some more fun.

My mother also had to pay to basically just to chaperone! I was splashed over 10 times from people that are completely oblivious . (The boys). There are kids that are TWO YEARS OLD there and the boys were using curse words... yet the life guards said nothing about it. Actually, just having looked back at pictures, it is very CASTLE - esk. It's practically a large castle. So, you get into the center and it's more like a large gym space though. The ceiling is very high which is nice- makes the room very airy. I was here for the Maryland Ensemble Theater's Retro Prom. They decorated the place nicely. And the venue seems like it could easily fit 500 people reception style. There is a lack of parking, but the large expansive room makes up for it. If memory serves me right, there were basketball hoops attached to the ceiling. It is very much like a gym feel. There are fields around the building. A great large event venue in a town where not many at all exist.
