During the removal process as they were working to remove the bats and walking on the joists, the bat took off and startled the tech who inadvertently stepped through the ceiling leaving a hole in it. He was completely apologetic and they instantly contacted a local contractor to fix the hole and are didn't even hesitate to pay for all of it. They even decided not to charge my parents for the bat removal. This is the sign of a truly great company that cares about their customers. Would highly recommend them.
