Whenever I have electrical to do, I call him and set an appt. and he shows up on time everytime. His estimates are accurate and his prices are very reasonable. He is quiet and professional and does excellent work. I wish I could find a plumber and contractor with his standards. Every time you deal with a contractor, you really do not know if the person will lie to you and steal your money and overcharge you for the service. I had similar feelings towards this guy before I met him. It is simply my reaction to a contractor who clearly possesses more information than I do on the subject. ( Electrical Service and its fare costs) To offset the balance of power and knowledge, I usually do my own research on the market prices to make sure that I am not fooled by a contractor in to paying fees I do not need to pay. I did the same with Roman in 2003 when I called him first. I was satisfied with his courteous and professional service and was happy feeling that this guy is fare and honest. One year later we purchased another house and that house needed completely new wiring from the top to the bottom. We also needed home audio system and internet wiring. So I remembered Roman and called my friends for the phone number. I lost his card by that time. I was happy to find that Roman was still providing service and called him to give me an estimate. At the same time I had two other contractors providing a bid for the complete house wiring. Not only Roman was the most professional and gave me the most competitive bid, he also explained to me some differences in the quality of materials that he uses for his customers as compared to the wiring and parts used by other contractors. The most importantly, he gave me options on some top of the line and exotic and latest new switches, gadgets and other parts on the market. He worked on my house for several weeks before completing it. Inspection was a breeze. But I was the most impressed when the government inspector came and commented how clean Roman's work was. That is from a guy who saw thousands and thousands of electrical contractors. Ever since that day in 2004, Roman is my guy. I no longer waste my time to do research on the newest gadgets and the best trends in the industry. All I need is to call Roman. He was servicing our house since 2004. Everything from simple lighting to a complicated wiring and home entertainment system. Two years ago he completely redid the entire electrical service on my in-laws' home. He is currently working on my friend;s house in the Beverly Hills. Last month he finished wiring on my cousin's restaurant in the Studio City. Everyone loves him and he always delivers. Yesterday at night some lights went out in my house and I called him around 8pm. He was in at 08:30 and stayed until 1pm to finish work. You could see how tired he was walking out after so much work done so late but we were all happy. Thank you Roman. Great job.
