We were having well problems and had no water. I said ok since I had no choice. Wednesday evening we finally got it working I called and left a message their answering machine canceling both Wednesday night and at 7:30 am on Thursday Well he showed up and started yelling Thursday. He was beyond rude and he kept saying you are going to pay for it and that they had a 24 hour policy. I combed their website and it says nothing about that, nor had he told me this on the phone. He finally left with his parting comment of thanks for the free water.

Wanted to thank our Weeks team - Jacqueline, Lissa, Chris, Robert and Joshua, for their great…read moreservice and lots of patience with our weird water system that was left over from previous owners. During our yearly routine service, they found a crack in our water tank causing a sizable leak. When fixing the tank, they had to work around our out of date equipment and piping. Everything is working now. Weeks pointed out that we will still need to replace our water pumps sometime in the future since the original set up is still kinda janky, but Weeks did not pressure us to do so now, and we really appreciate their honesty and their understanding of our old system and how best to help us move forward into the future. Thank you!
