Others were out of range or too busy at that time, which they stated in the emails. All were "Yelp Guaranteed" including TopTier LLC. who had at that time 10-15 positive reviews. I see now that TopTier has a 1-star review that wasn't there when I hired him, and I don't see any of the previous reviews (odd). He came out measured gave suggestions and seemed competent enough. I decided on him out of 4 others, signed a contract and he asked for a $2,000 downpayment for supplies on May 29th. He claimed he purchased 3 Anderson windows, but I never saw them. Blew off the 30-day contract he had signed to do the work and then ghosted me. STEER CLEAR OF GARY FORD under any business name.

From the start, their estimate was the most reasonable compared to several other contractors we brought in, which made the decision easier. I also really appreciated that they were willing to work with me to fit the project into my budget without cutting corners on the overall quality. The quality of the work was solid across the board. They rebuilt and finished the space exactly as discussed, and everything I asked for was addressed. What really stood out to me, though, was their professionalism throughout the project. Communication was consistent and responsive, and they were reliable--something that, in my experience, isn't always a given with contractors. They also worked steadily without long gaps, which helped keep the project moving and largely on schedule. That made a big difference in minimizing disruption. Overall, I'm very happy with how the project turned out and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a dependable general contractor.

Carlos and team were quick to give a quote, were very transparent about what work needed to be done, and pointed out things that we had not considered in the process. The process took several days. When we noted that the site wasn't cleaned up yet (we had already moved out at this time but had scheduled a showing on short notice), Carlos had his team clean up quickly. Really enjoyed the end results!

I found All Phases and was initially worried if my aunt lived too far from their business but they accommodated us without an issue. They explained everything thoroughly and if I didn't like something they didn't push. We ended up getting the whole bathroom redone and it came out BEAUTIFULLY! My aunt no longer has to struggle to shower, no longer has to bend uncomfortably under the sink to get anything, everything is strategically placed for accessibility. Our family was so pleased with All Phases we booked them to remodel the front as well! Love the variety they offer! I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends!

From my personal experience, I would not recommend hiring this company for any construction or…read moreremodeling work. My shower remodel which should have taken 1-2 days to complete took over one year and required three separate attempts by the owner, Graciano Machado, (aka: Greg) and his workers to complete. To this day, l am unable to use the shower as it will require me to have it demoed and repaired. Throughout the process of having my shower completed, I had several issues to include, my shower walls coming apart on two separate occasions due to improper install, the grout not being properly applied, leaving several holes and cracks throughout, the glass sliding door not closing fully, and much more. But the biggest issue of all, was that, Greg Machado violated basic sanitary building standards by failing to install a cement backer board, which is a required material in the State of Massachusetts to prevent moisture damage and ensure proper waterproofing. He was well aware of this, but did not correct it. Despite giving multiple opportunities and addressing my concerns to Greg and his team, they were not able to complete my shower correctly. I was met by constant delays to have my shower repaired, and i was met with some dishonesty from Greg's behalf. As a result of these issues, I pursued legal action through small claims court and was awarded a judgment in my favor. The matter is still ongoing as I work to collect that judgment which has yet to be fulfilled. I have also noticed that other individuals including a business have also pursued legal action through small claims against Greg, his wife (co-owner) and his business. From my experience, I strongly advise others to exercise caution before hiring this contractor.
