I supplied more than enough moving blankets, however they did not secure any items in place nor wrap items properly. Many dents in furniture & broken handles on a cabinet. Also dented and marked my new wood floor and hit my ceiling in 2 places. Asked for insurance submission- stopped responding to my texts. Each time has gone perfectly, punctually, and professionally. Nothing has ever been damaged, I have never been gouged (in fact, this last time we came in UNDER the estimated cost), they ask all the right questions to understand our needs, and they manage to keep a sense of humor through all the many stresses of moving. I can't imagine moving without these guys. I see people writing about the costs of relocating, but there simply are no shortcuts. I would rather just pay for the best and get it done. Shout out to Keith Wilson for managing all of the logistics so beautifully, for making us laugh when we felt too tired to even smile, and for his infinite patience revising the estimates every time our game plan shifted. I don't know…read moreexactly what that entails but just read the other reviews and after my experience with him I have an idea. His guys were pretty cool and even tried to warn me. He seems like the kind of guy who would tell you one thing and come back later to drop the bad news that you owe him double the amount because of some nonsense reason he did not mention in the previous agreement.

DO NOT hire this company or anyone they are affiliated with North American movers to move your home…read more. They promised me that someone would call the day before the move to let me know what time they plan to arrive. That never happened. Dave the snake oil salesman promised me that they would disassemble my furniture no problem because they hire expert furniture people to disassemble & reassemble furniture. However, after all my furniture was removed from my home, they told me I would need to pay an additional $420 to have my armoire reassembled in my new home. My contract states that the move would take between 3 - 7 days. On day 8, not only did I not receive my furniture & belongings, but it was Saturday and the offices are closed and I have no one to talk to or get answers from. I called & texted Dave but he never returned any of my calls or messages. I spoke with someone at First Class movers who were hired to unload the truck at my new home, and they said they would look into it, but they too never called back. If this is the way North American & Arnoff treats their customers, I would think twice about hiring them to do a move. I wish I knew sooner, but I thought with 100 years in the moving business they would be a reputable company to do business with, boy was I wrong.
