Each time has gone perfectly, punctually, and professionally. Nothing has ever been damaged, I have never been gouged (in fact, this last time we came in UNDER the estimated cost), they ask all the right questions to understand our needs, and they manage to keep a sense of humor through all the many stresses of moving. I can't imagine moving without these guys. I see people writing about the costs of relocating, but there simply are no shortcuts. I would rather just pay for the best and get it done. Shout out to Keith Wilson for managing all of the logistics so beautifully, for making us laugh when we felt too tired to even smile, and for his infinite patience revising the estimates every time our game plan shifted. I don't know…read moreexactly what that entails but just read the other reviews and after my experience with him I have an idea. His guys were pretty cool and even tried to warn me. He seems like the kind of guy who would tell you one thing and come back later to drop the bad news that you owe him double the amount because of some nonsense reason he did not mention in the previous agreement.

Unhappy Customer - Very disappointed with this service. I moved from out of region (Indiana to West…read morePoint) but wanted to use a local company. During in the process of the move my wardrobe boxes that contained all of my clothes were somehow lost. I contacted Arnoff and was was told to file a claim. The claim then went through a claim agency and a lowball settlement amount was offered. In researching the next steps to appeal the settlement I discovered it would have only prolonged the time and cost me more money. I would have my claim sent to an arbitrator and that would have wanted receipts for my clothing items. Who has receipts for all the items in their closet? It's a racket designed to protect the moving companies. I sent numerous emails and did receive one from one of the Arnoff family members however it was just lip service in the end. I reluctantly accepted the settlement offer which was substantially below any numerical value to replace my entire closet. I sent a final email asking them to give the service one would expect from a local company and the human touch but never heard back. They came highly recommended and I have shared my story with other friends and voiced me frustrations. I can say that I will advise anyone moving to the area to use another company.
