They're the only company we will call. We been here at this location for a long time and Hendricks has only had to service us twice. They are good, their price is reasonable and they do not waste time getting here. They have never left a mess in my yard I found them to be friendly people who know what they are doing. Thanks HENDRICKS , I will be calling shortly.

They arrived on 4/29/16 and proceeded to work. When it seemed like they were done, I went into my backyard to look at their work and make sure everything was done properly; it wasn't. They had left a layer of waste in the bottom of the tank. I am a 30+ year homeowner, and have had this service done several times...correctly and with no complaints. Until now. When I spoke with Hendrick's about this, they became agitated and said that they couldn't get the rest of it. Also said I had paper towels and baby wipes in the system (our grandchildren are 7 & 11, no babies), plus, what does that matter, this is they're job and surely they should know how to completely empty and clean a septic tank. I had already paid them a check for the job as I trusted their experience. I went into my house, thinking they were going to clean it out, but NO! He was putting the waste from my tank as well as OTHERS BACK into MY septic tank! Yes, putting the waste BACK in the tank. When I went out to ask him what he was doing...was he actually putting waste BACK into my tank, he said, "Yes, there's just no pleasing you people." Excuse me? I'm paying you to clean out my tank, not leave waste in it. I asked for my check back as he did not do the job and he did something so nasty it did not warrant payment. He didn't want to give it back, but, he did. And left. This business is unprofessional and their practices is unsanitary. I would not use them ever again or refer anyone to them.

Rick's on the other hand confirmed the appointment right away, confirmed they were coming that same morning and showed up exactly on time. The plumber was professional, quickly resolved my problem without having me purchase a new unit or pay for extra time, on top of that he gave me some great steps to follow next time I had an issue and left magnet business cards so I can have their number handy. The thing I appreciated most? They were friendly towards my animals even through they were initially under foot until I could remove them all. I will definitely call Rick's next time!

I am unsure as to why this person was so angry and arrogant to me personally, but if he takes things personally, I would not trust him to install electrical items in my home or in my office. Originally called because air conditioner was not working. Determined the freon leak was inside and no fix. Only replace. Well, I thought the technician from Hill's (I guess he's sub-contracted to Quality Service) was being nice by Disabling the "cool" part of the heat pump, so I didn't damage anything in case the thermostat was accidentally set to "cool." WRONG!! Now my inside house fan runs constantly when you put it on "heat." I have to go to the thermostat and turn the unit off/on to get the fan to stop. This is Not Fair. It was Working, they fiddled with something and now the fan Does Not Turn OFF on it's own. They are even Refusing a Free Looksie without repairing. This is OUTRAGEOUS! DO NOT HIRE!! Matt is the one Refusing to at least have a technician come look at no charge. Don't deal with him!!!
