What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. During their visit, they noticed an additional issue that my tenant had mentioned but had not formally reported yet. AJ immediately brought it to my attention, recognizing that it could become a health hazard if left unaddressed. As both an investor and landlord, I appreciated his honesty and expertise--it was clear he wasn't trying to upsell or take advantage of the situation. He made the right call for the safety and comfort of my tenants, and that level of integrity is rare and invaluable. Being located in GA, it can be challenging to manage properties from a distance, but finding AJ and his team has been a blessing. Knowing that they are close by, responsive, and truly looking out for my property and my tenants gives me tremendous peace of mind. AJ, thank you--and thanks to your entire team--for your outstanding service. You have earned my trust, and I look forward to relying on you as part of my trusted team of reliable contractors from here on out!

I asked them to move they ignored me and hours later still they're. They clearly don't have respect for people and it probably would be better to find someone that is respectful of others. They could've easily moved to the guest spot now they can wait on me. Actually champ it is clearly marked as you pull in the only way it can be missed is if you are looking away while parking lol. Also like I said I asked them to move and they ignored me and walked away. It's not even an emergency they've been coming for weeks and usually park in the guest spot so nice try champ not only are you guys inconsiderate but apparently liars as well lol

Our house was built in 1941, so the plumbing involved older metal pipes, which can often present challenges, but the technician handled everything with skill and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.

They arrived on 4/29/16 and proceeded to work. When it seemed like they were done, I went into my backyard to look at their work and make sure everything was done properly; it wasn't. They had left a layer of waste in the bottom of the tank. I am a 30+ year homeowner, and have had this service done several times...correctly and with no complaints. Until now. When I spoke with Hendrick's about this, they became agitated and said that they couldn't get the rest of it. Also said I had paper towels and baby wipes in the system (our grandchildren are 7 & 11, no babies), plus, what does that matter, this is they're job and surely they should know how to completely empty and clean a septic tank. I had already paid them a check for the job as I trusted their experience. I went into my house, thinking they were going to clean it out, but NO! He was putting the waste from my tank as well as OTHERS BACK into MY septic tank! Yes, putting the waste BACK in the tank. When I went out to ask him what he was doing...was he actually putting waste BACK into my tank, he said, "Yes, there's just no pleasing you people." Excuse me? I'm paying you to clean out my tank, not leave waste in it. I asked for my check back as he did not do the job and he did something so nasty it did not warrant payment. He didn't want to give it back, but, he did. And left. This business is unprofessional and their practices is unsanitary. I would not use them ever again or refer anyone to them.
