Old school barber that does it right. Takes his time, good balance of clipper, scissors, and razor cut with a straight razor finish. Did a wonderful job and gave me a great recommendation for a coffee spot down the street. A great cup recommendation from a local. Really nice gentleman and conversationalist. Will come back for certain if I'm in the area.

Finding a barber who genuinely cares about his craft, his clients, and the overall experience is rare -- and Dany is exactly that. His attention to detail is second to none. Beyond the haircut itself, the level of client care and professionalism he provides makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. What stands out most to me is the consistency. After all these years, the quality has never slipped, and he's always gone the extra mile to make sure my son and I leave looking and feeling our best. Want to talk about a total A-hole? Here is your man. I rarely ever ever ever take the time to leave…read morea review and I hate being that "guy" However I felt the need to do this in case I save one local resident the trouble of a total jerk! Do NOT give this place any money! I walked in with my 5 year old (keep that in mind...a 5 year old) and with the biggest smile hoping to support a local business as I just bought a house down the block on Lawrence, asked if I could get my boy a haircut. The man/owner whatever he is said I'm booked. You need an appointment....understood...I said ok, what time? He said 4. It was at this time 2:15pm. As I stood there trying to think of how to make this work, he said and I quote "hey...it's YES or NO...not I don't know" "I'm by appointment. Don't waste my time." Keep in mind this is in front a 5 year old boy! Forget this place! Horrible, bad customer service. I wouldn't give this place your business. Sadly, I'm sure this guy doesn't need your money and does this for fun/passion. But a guy like this that's such a jerk and can be a douche in front of not just a customer and their kid but HIS own kid doesn't deserve business. Zero stars. Here is the pic of the guy (not my pic, but 100% sure it was him) Sadly I bet this guy doesn't care. Seems like a "I have my people" type of place. Which is fine. God bless you sir. But for those looking for good treatment and a neighborhood feel. Look elsewhere. No one should ever. Ever. Ever. Be a jerk in front of a Child. I feel bad for his young son cleaning the chairs when I walked in. Can only imagine what he goes through.
