I am concerned about it because my transmission seems to be starting to cause a problem. They said yes they could. They come out to collect the money and then tell me they couldn't check the oil level. I checked online and it looks like an easy check if you can get underneath the vehicle. So I paid more than $60 for a job that was not completely done. When called to ask he was unapologetic and said the did the rest of the job. He finally offered $6 back. I do not want to go back to this place again so I declined his offer. I want people to know that this could happen.

She also told us it did come with a 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty from Jeep for the buyback repair. She also sent me all the recall work and updates that were done to the car that they had on file for the buyback. That information did match what Jeep put in the paperwork when they did the repair.
