One side was good, the top of the other side suddenly got a lot shorter, then longer again, like a trench. On the side it had a bunch of points, I would call it jagged. Just totally uneven. I had to get a friend, who does not cut hair, to fix it for me to make it look decent. My friend mentioned that my head is a little bumpy and maybe that's why it was bad, but my old barbershop never had a problem. I would be giving one star but I honestly believe it was a fluke. I heard great things from non-internet sources and saw the work myself over the years. Unfortunately, 0/1 is 0% and I'm not going to take any more chances.
