The app won't even let me check in online or see if my stylist is working today. This location can get busy but not this busy. Misty was fun and friendly for my first neck trim (free + tip) at this location. I've been using a Dallas location back home since 2004. The reviews here express how busy it is and I agree. Thankfully I used the SC app to get my name on the list so my wait was less than 5 minutes.

The issue with this location and I've also found at others is they claim you don't need an appointment, but if you don't check in online, you'll likely be waiting at least an hour or two. Even checking in online a lot of times it'll be a few hours before you can arrive. While this isn't always an issue, if you're trying to get in and out for a specific time, it makes it fairly difficult to time it right. The system will also take you out of their online check-in so if you don't arrive within 15 or 20 minutes of the "estimated time" the staff has no way to add you back in so you're stuck waiting another few hours again. The haircut and overall experience is great, but the experience of actually trying to get in to get your haircut is terrible.

I then got few wigs at that time and learned how to wash/dry them and style them. I was then tumor free for the next 5 years up until this March 2016 when my brain tumor came back in the same area! I then had to have another brain surgery this past March when my brain tumor came back I had to have it removed with surgery. I then had radiation, chemotherapy. I lost all of my hair again so having to start all over with my wigs and bald head again. I just moved back to Mandeville from Denver and found this store to help me with my current wigs and The owner Lisa was so helpful and amazing!! Without her I would be lost. I have been able to wash/dry my current wigs and I now will go to LM Salon to style my current wig and will recommend this salon for wigs and cancer patience moving forward. Walked into the salon at 4:45PM on a Tuesday. The sign on the door clearly showed they close at…read more6:00PM. There were two stylists finishing up two cuts with one guest in the queue. I was turned away with the explanation saying they close at 6:00PM but they start shutting down earlier than that. If that is the case, the store hours needs to reflect customer hours not when the stylist walks out the door time. First time it has happen to me, but on previous cuts I have witnessed them do this to other customers with no one waiting.
