Living in an apartment is not like living in a home-you depend on others to care for your residence. It's more difficult than living in a house where you can fix your problems right away. I have chosen to be patient when it comes to living in apartments as it is my choice to live there instead of a home. Often times, I also remind myself that these aren't flats in a major city (which I have lived in before), so the quality of living won't be off the charts. For apartments in Norman, these complexes provide a roof over your head. I think that that is good enough for me!

Another review about how they lost everything then had to move into a crummy rental.... cmon people! do you not realize that after a disaster that housing is tough to get for ALL OF THOSE AFFECTED!!!??? jesus people! I've been doing business with BPM for over 3 years now and they are the absolute best property management team around. They care deeply about people and jump through hoops to take care of everyone they can. Some renters don't understand that EVERYTHING must be APPROVED through the home owner! The PM doesn't own it they just manage it. Every single bad review that can be found is clearly based in feelings and not facts. Some people just feel the need to tear everyone around them down when their feelings get hurt. I have 2 properties that I will have BPM manage for me in the very near future because I know I can trust them!

They're nasty human beings, with Susan Draper being the worst of them. They insist on coming to your house when convenient for them and not you. Previous landlord told her verbally that I was paying month to month and carpets were never replaced or cleaned during my tenancy. Problems started when me and other roommates had problems with one of our roommates not paying his share and making lots of noise at night and we all greed he should leave the condo. We politely asked Ramona to take some action but she couldn't care less and told us to call the Police. When it came to any situation She was Super anal and very hard to deal with, like a government employee, one minor thing was off then you're in trouble. It got worse when the 10 YEAR OLD A/C system broke down during HOT summer months and she said that because I used it to much it was breaking down and if it needed to be replaced or further expensive repairs, That I would be personally responsible for it due to misuse ?????? LMAO ARE YOU F*@*&! kidding me ??????? Oh and the best part, I had to pay for repairs to room that were there BEFORE I moved in and I was out of my $200 deposit to clean carpet when it was clear from previous owner that I moved in AFTER carpets had been cleaned or replaced and I was NOT responsible for carpet cleaning or replace !!! Yes I called some lawyers but they all told me would be cheaper to just pay them then to take to court. I had a new job waiting for me out of state and had no choice but to pay Ramona was very hard to deal with and very condescending, NEVER flexible !!!! I'm sure if I had purchased a $400K house through them instead of being some peasant condo tenant, Then she would have treated me much better !!!!!!!!!!
