I complained about the bedbugs and management didn't provide any treatment for an entire month and a half. When they finally treated for bedbugs, they only used the white powder with the promise of doing a heat treatment. They NEVER showed up to do any heat treatment. These people seem to only care about saving money with no care for residents. I ended up having to trash my destroyed mattress and sofas.
