The Iberico ham coquette was one of the best I ever had. The beet roots decompressed watermelon salad was Instagram worthy, the red prawns carpaccio omelette redefines how eggs can taste (that I can eat that dish all day long), grilled octopus was tender and perfectly paired with white beans.
