They called me back early Monday morning and said they could get it in first thing Wednesday. They did exactly that Wednesday morning and it was repaired by 10:30 AM. They recently worked on my wife's Subaru Outback (needed both rear struts/coils, front wheel bearings and brakes) as well as the AC on my Toyota Tacoma (components were on back order, but they found them!) - they got it done much quicker (over a week sooner) and much cheaper (over $1000 less) than the dealerships/other shops around Essex were able to. Would highly recommend Sikora's Service Center to anyone in need of repairs/maintenance for their vehicle(s) in Chittenden County area!

I inflated the punctured tire and was there in under 4 minutes, left my vehicle off and walked back home. They had my tired repaired an hour later and I picked up my vehicle. I was truly impressed in how I was a walk-in with no appointment, yet, they squeezed me in on very short notice and I was on my way in short time! When shopping for new 4 new tires in Fall 2025, I certainly wanted to get a quote from them and it was very competitive to anyone else around. They don't offer free puncture repair or free rotation, but, that wasn't a critical requirement and I also felt I owed a local/Vermont company my business over using a national chain store, taking into account the puncture repair done there in 2024. I dropped off my vehicle for the 9am appointment and my car was ready at 10:40am and ready to go! Impressive! I had a few questions later in the day regarding TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) and stopped by to ask and had all questions answered clearly and completely. Well done! My vehicle will be out of warranty soon and due to both the short distance from my home, but, also and more importantly, the quality of work done here and the promptness to get me in and out so well, I'll be a customer here,... ongoing. For my first experience at Jason Leo's with a pricey investment into my vehicle, I'm feeling that I'm in very good hands and made the right choice of where to get my work done.

We have an amazing mechanic in CO (Chan Foreign Auto) so finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in Burlington was a big worry. Nothing like ripping off that band-aid right away! I've been to probably 25 around different parts of the country. This is hands down, by far, the best, most competent, fair priced mechanic I have ever come across. And it's not even close. True diagnostics. Not just reading codes and getting you to replace things for the sake of charging you. John is a wizard and clearly knows cars unbelievably well. John figured out what was going on with my engine with so many other mechanics could not. John also figured out that previous mechanics hastily replaced things, and did so lazy, leading to problems in themselves. I've never tipped a mechanic before but I just had to do so after this service. My car wasn't drivable. It was kicking while driving. This car is my baby I've been road tripping around the country with it for 10 months. I had 12 codes before Double G Auto, now I have 0 codes. Car drives better than when I first bought it. I joked with John I would consider moving to town just so I could bring every car I ever own to him for the rest of my life. Would save me so much time, energy, effort and money. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I am beyond appreciate for my experience here.

This has happened to me on multiple occasions. It's deeply frustrating for people who work insane hours to take the time to drive over (with plenty of time to spare), only to be told in a very brusque manner that they aren't accepting any more cars. It should be noted that other locations don't seem to have this problem- it seems to be a quirk of workplace culture specific to this particular location.
