At first, I wasn't too impressed with the appetizer that I had, which was the shrimp spring rolls…read morewith a small side salad. The spring rolls were good, but they should at least separate the salad in a different bowl, because the dressing gets on the rolls and making them soggy instead of hot and crispy as they should be served. This was a big turn-off for me. However, the crispy duck ramen noodle soup was excellent. It was served very hot, as soup should be served, and it was also spicy as well. It reminded me of the saimin bowls in Honolulu because of the type of noodles used. I liked that the noodles retained their texture, and the broth was spicy and rich in flavor. One of the best bowls of ramen soup I have ever had, I must say. I still have to give this place only three stars, though. Not that it's because it's a bad place, but there were a couple of little things that were disappointing. One, as mentioned above, were the spring rolls. Second, at the very least, I really wish they would have at least left me a couple of extra napkins at the table, which I asked for, but initially was only given one. I'm eating spicy hot soup, and it can get messy, and they should know this. The service at the restaurant itself was average but nothing out of the ordinary. I haven't tried the sushi yet. I'm sure it's alright, though.

This was literally one of the worst experience I had with Sushi…read more About an hour ago I ordered a California Maki. At first, it came without shrimps which was its main ingredient. So They took it away to redo it. The second time it came, it came looking like a punishment. The former sushi set at least had a large chunk of egg inside of it. The second time it came, the egg and the shrimp, two main ingredients, were so tiny it made me laugh. The egg was 1/4 size of what it was before. The shrimp was really....almost non existent. I could only think that they did this on purpose. I ate two pieces, and paid. No one asked what the problem was, or why I didn't eat much of it. I had to buy a bag of chips from a hamburger shop next door afterwards. I am never going back.

Absolutely wonderful service and delicious food. TOURIST FRIENDLY…read more My friend and I were visiting as tourists when we got caught in a heavy rainstorm. With no idea where we were or where to eat, we stumbled into this restaurant, completely by chance, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Despite being walk-ins, with drenched clothing, they quickly found us a table, offered menus, and made us feel genuinely cared for. We noticed many of the staff spoke multiple languages. The service was prompt and attentive. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, talented, and gracious...always smiling and checking in. I've traveled quite a bit around the world, but I can honestly say I've rarely experienced service this warm and genuine. The food was absolutely delicious, well-prepared, and seemed authentically made. The restaurant itself had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I'm incredibly thankful to the team here for turning what was initially a soggy, stressful afternoon into such a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

We chose to have lunch there on Thursday, and were very lucky to find a table, as it was quite busy. We thought "Good! Everything will be fresh". I have to say, the service staff are friendly and efficient. Where things went downhill: nothing except the spring rolls from the 'hot' selection were hot. We saw the same items going around and around and around all the time we were there. It didn't seem like very much newly prepared items were being added to fill in the empty gaps on the conveyor belt. There were very few selections, over and above the deep fried prawns. One item had me totally baffled: was I really seeing garlic bread? It begs the question: how long are items permitted to stay on the conveyor belt before the would be classified as unsuitable for consumption? To be fair, the Miso soup was piping hot. The drinks were perfectly chilled. The chilled sushi, kimchi and such-like were ok. On the whole, though, a very disappointing experience.

TLDR: okay food (if it's 3 stars) and horrible service/attitude. Could get better food with quality…read moreservice for much better prices elsewhere. The food was a bit too salty, the service was slow, and the waitress needs to learn common sense. The waitress and cook spoke Korean and assumed I didn't know what they were talking about, so when I went to pay with card the waitress made a snide comment to the cook about how people don't even ask and try to pay with card. This, despite there being a sign that said they take card being near the table. She also continued to think I didn't speak Korean despite me saying that my friend and I would be paying separately in Korean to her (which she did not understand). The food took forever to come out and was far too salty for Korean style cooking (I ordered teriyaki chicken, a Japanese dish, but it was still far too salty). The miso soup was flavorful, but again contained way too much salt. The rice was sub par and didn't have the texture or flavor that good rice should have. The salad, which came with the teriyaki box, was alright. The only decent part was the avocado sushi that came with the meal, of which there were 6 decently sized pieces. Be warned, they have tap water but it'll cost you .50 extra (maybe it's for the glass that they need to clean?) Objectively, the food is worthy of an establishment with a 3.2 star rating at best. The service and the waitress's attitude, however, entirely ruined any enjoyment I may have gotten from the food alone.
