I've no problems with the present people be it with dry cleaning, alterations, or retrieving my item(s) in a timely manner. All dry cleaning and washing/drying/ironing is shipped out of town to an offsite facility. I can easily understand how ite could be lost. As for taking a long time for items to be returned after alteration, I took two shit's in today to be hemmed. I observed a large amount of clothing to be altered. When you're the only phone company in town, you must understand the place will have a lot to do. In the case of having alterations done, this is a hand-on project and it's likely you won't get your items back within a week or so. She does good which is why she has so much to do. Your only other option is to locate an individual who does alterations in their home.

My clothes came back perfect and with none of the annoying tags on it that other places use. And they didn't have that "dry cleaner chemical smell" that some places have either. And the best thing? Prices are reasonable too. So the next time you are looking for a dry cleaner in Topeka, check out Village Cleaners. They do what they say they are going to do and at a decent price!

July 2024 the pair of pants I bought to replace the first pair was not returned to me. I have been given all kinds of excuses for Tristan not contacting me. At one point I was told that he was mailing me a check to replace them. Never got a check. After a month of him ignoring me, I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He has never responded to their communication either. Tristan, the owners son, needs to be replaced! The employee that stole my clothes also needs to be replaced! We only have a few months left, and do not want to buy a washer for a house we will not be living in so we were really stressed about what we were going to do. This place is close to our house, and we feel so lucky because they have made a stressful situation seem so easy. There are so many washers and dryers there and it is easily customizable. You can be there for as long as you want/need. There is an app you pay with, and it keeps time of the machines you are using. We usually have 2-3 loads a week and have had no trouble finding machines. Typically, we put our laundry in, walk over to our gym for 30 minutes, come back to put our clothes in the dryer, and finish our workout for the last hour. It is so clean in there and they have a lot of areas for folding. You can purchase laundry supplies there and the women working there are so kind. The owner Steve is also very friendly and very helpful. We love it here!
