She was kind, attentive, and always willing to help bring our vision to life. The venue itself is the perfect blank canvas to create your dream Pinterest-worthy wedding or event. We loved having the freedom to personalize every detail and make the space feel uniquely ours. My husband and I wanted a spacious venue where our family and friends could celebrate, dance, and make memories all night long, and PINE was exactly that. One of our favorite aspects was the flexibility to bring in our own vendors, which allowed us to create a wedding that truly reflected us. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and are so grateful to the PINE team, especially Mayson, for helping make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. We highly recommend PINE to anyone looking for a beautiful, versatile venue with an exceptional team behind it!

We bought tickets for the Bridgerton Candlelight experience through Feverup. We arrived thirty…read moreminutes before the show as instructed. Parking was not an issue as we were there early enough to park right outside the building. There's also a parking garage that's right beside it. I don't know the parking cost. Unfortunately, no one ever opened the doors for the event. A bunch of us had to call customer service to find out the event was cancelled without notifying us. I can't comment on the inside of the building other than what I saw from the doors. The grounds weren't kept well and it was off putting to see trash, people's dirty socks and a homeless persons sleeping arrangement right at the entrance door. I understand people are just doing the best they can but when people are paying for these tickets the area should be clean. Our group decided we won't return to this venue and will look for the show in another area.

It looks like a ranch style home on the outside, and inside, it has a very big open floor plan. There is a bridal suite and a grooms suite as well. They have a full kitchen with an extra room connected that is filled with all types of decorations that you are allowed to use for your wedding or any event. They have an outside gazebo with an outside bar and firepit. They have plenty of photo op options with beautiful decor. We enjoyed the venue for our wedding (May 2023), and everything turned out beautiful. Kim & Chris definitely work with you on everything and anything to help make your day and the days leading to it run smoothly and easily. Communication was always great, and if I needed something quickly, they would accommodate me swiftly. Such a beautiful venue and exactly what we envisioned for our big day. They were the only venue i came across that you could use whichever catering, wedding planner, etc. you wanted too. Ynlike other venues where you had to choose from on of their options. I definitely recommend them for sure.

I attended a wedding at this venue, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant and…read moreuncomfortable. Throughout the wedding, there was a woman repeatedly walking back and forth throughout the venue. She walked in and out of rooms, walked around during speeches across the floor, and was constantly present in areas where guests and members of the bridal party were getting ready. Several of us noticed her and felt as though we were being watched. We eventually learned that she was a worker for the venue and was not someone the couple had hired to assist with their wedding. So everyone was confused !! What was especially concerning was the extent to which she appeared to involve herself in the wedding. She was observed looking through windows and doors while members of the bridal party were changing, handling personal belongings, looking inside food pans, pouring out the couple's beverages, and moving items and table setups without permission. At one point, she was seen looking into the bridal suite, which understandably caused everyone to become very uncomfortable and concerned about the couple's privacy because no one knew how long she was standing there watching. Guests should be able to attend a wedding without feeling like they are being monitored or having their personal belongings and arrangements handled by venue staff without permission. The situation became so uncomfortable that guests were whispering among themselves and trying to understand what was happening. Eventually, some people began leaving because the atmosphere had become awkward and uncomfortable. What should have been a beautiful and memorable celebration for the couple instead became a stressful experience. I understand that venues have rules and employees have responsibilities, but there is a difference between appropriately managing a venue and repeatedly interfering with a private wedding. The couple deserved to enjoy their special day without this level of disruption. Based on my experience as a guest, I would not recommend this venue.

After booking the venue tour over a week out, we received nothing from the venue (pricing packet, etc.) until we were on the way there. Once we arrived, no one was there to greet us and we had to walk around the venue searching for someone to host the tour, which other reviews have mentioned. After the conclusion of the tour, I was told the date I was interested in was available. Two days later, I contacted the venue and expressed my intention to pursue booking the date. After not hearing back for quite a few days, I called twice and was finally able to get in touch with the event director, who again verbally confirmed my date was available. After getting excited about having a date and moving forward, I received an email that there was a miscommunication and the date was indeed booked by someone else. I understand mistakes happen, but it should not have been confirmed without further review. On their behalf, they did offer a discount on an additional date. After we finally received the contract for our new date, we felt the need to add addendums to include facility maintenance due to the fact that lightbulbs were out over the ceremony space when we toured (with a wedding taking place in three days). Once we presented the addendums, the entire tone of the event director changed. They became very defensive, rude, and condescending. We toured plenty of venues that would be willing to bend over backwards to make your wedding day the best it can be. Seemed to be the total opposite here. It felt as though we were viewed as just another number and they wanted to be very hands off. In my opinion, be advised that you may struggle with communication, lack of professionalism and disorganization.

I just had my wedding here this past Saturday. First of all-- what a beautiful, quaint place. The…read moreupstairs of the home has been redone and renovated to be very feminine-- fresh white walls, individual vanities to get ready at, and plenty of space for day. The ballroom--- with no decor is absolutely stunning. High ceilings, large chandeliers, the walls lined with large windows and of course the black and white checkered flooring. Once we added in decor it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. If you're getting married here add greenery to the chandeliers for a big WOW factor. The cocktail area outside it's lined with market lights and has fire pits-- the perfect place to entertain guests once you add one of the venues bars. And finally the ceremony space is covered-- which was perfect because it started to lightly rain at the beginning of our ceremony. It also has the market lights, the red brick steps, and a large beautiful white porch. There are lots of restrooms around the venue which was perfect for hosting a lot of people-- I've been to weddings where there were lines for the bathroom and no one likes that. The grooms quarters are perfect if you're a guy that loves poker, drinking, playing games, and relaxing. The grounds are kept very sharp and there are so many places to take pictures. Now-- Amy Plyler is the venue event planner and also who we chose to be our wedding planner--- you have the option to choose an external coordinator but you would be silly to because there are so many perks to hiring Amy and her assistant Jannah. They are an amazing team and made sure everything ran perfectly the day of. I had the most beautiful wedding and I did not stress at all day of because I put my trust in them. When it rained-- they quickly pivoted. They remembered all of my small details and arranged all of our decor perfectly. Even things I thought I'd forget or didn't think about they were there to help. They also have a lot of things you can use at the venue which saves you from spending extra money. They are simply the best and I am honestly sad I don't have reason to talk to them on a regular basis now but I will certainly keep in touch. Have your wedding here. Have the historical home, timeless wedding of your dreams at the Grande Victorian. Hire Amy and Jannah.
