Second, about the arrival time, then why do I have a text from Chris stating they would arrive between 12:30 and 1 PM? Third, regarding the calling our home bio hazard when its not bit, your companies screwups cost a low income family that makes $1491 a month $2181 and had a $949 charge on our account for over 6 days money we could have used for food and other necessary expenses. Fourth, Yasmine reaching out to us out of concern might be true, but that does not make it okay, legal, or a good business practice. Why would a company refuse someone then turn around and try to get the job outside the company? Is she insured? How do we know she wouldn't come in and take advantage of us and steal/break our things? Fifth, not putting your teams in a position they can't complete a job? Then don't send a group of 3 friends to a job that is clearly a lot of work if they are lazy and don't wanna work hard, or hire better staff, or match staff appropriately to jobs, its not our problem you mismatched. Sixth, after researching you, this is clearly not the first time your business has done similar things, otherwise you wouldn't have a 2.5 to 2.7 star rating on several websites. Seventh, This company has offered us no compensation, or anything for the time they waisted, or the money they held, or the extra money we had to spend, when it was clearly not a bio-hazard level job and their employees even admitted that.

Hard to believe this service has an almost perfect rating…read more Our experience was much less so. Some tenants of ours claimed to have used them repeatedly over the past several months and said how much they liked them. The tenants were moving out so I went by for an initial pre walk-through and thought, hmm this place does not appear to have been regularly cleaned by anyone let alone a cleaning service every other week. The unit had an overall not-very-clean kind of grungy feeling. The tenants insisted this cleaning team would be doing an extra special deep clean on move out. On that day they started at 11am and did not finish until almost 8. For that amount of time I was thinking the unit will definitely be in move-in condition. Not even close. I felt bad for these women so even though it was after 8 pm, dark and hard to see details, I said it looked fine but the truth is that it was not up to par and we had to have other cleaners come in a few days later to finish the job. Every area was left un-cleaned by Eco-Clean. The floor in the kitchen still had visible scuff marks all over, the kitchen sink had metal marks and stains in several places and when I asked why, they said it was the "best they could do with their natural products on an older sink". I was in disbelief so I brought over some Bon Ami powder (purchased from Vitamin Cottage) a soft scrubber sponge and in 5 minutes I had a pristine clean sink. Windowsills were dusty and dirty, some appeared to have been wiped haphazardly by a dirty rag, the list is long of what was not done for even a basic cleaning. For a "green" cleaning company it was odd that one of the team members had brought in her own container of "Comet with Bleach" which I did object to them using on the older tub, so I ended up cleaning it myself. I figured she must have known the "natural" cleaners they are told to use were not performing and was trying to sneak in the bleach cleaner. Oh the best part was the "cleaning" of the antique brass doorknobs/pull plates. They told us "we use Barkeepers Friend because it does the best job". Ok but when finished, the knobs were nothing short of sticky, dirty and stained looking. (Yes I have photos). I went and got some Brasso brass polish and they were all gleaming in minutes. (Brass polish is not a natural product by any means but we had to do something to clean them, they looked much worse after the Barkeepers Friend than they did before the cleaning) The realtor came by and said "when your cleaners arrive, ask them to be sure and do the light fixtures". She assumed the unit hadn't been cleaned at all, that's how overall un-impressive it was left by Eco Clean. Enough said.

Once they had left I went over to check out the job and had initially been fairly satisfied. The floors still looked a little wet and it smelled clean. One of the bathrooms didn't seem to be cleaned so I contacted the company and with their 24 hour guarantee they came back to the house the next day to clean it again. All good things until today, when my husband, baby and I went over to do a few things before our tenants move in. Our baby was crawling around on the floor for 10 minutes and it looked like she had been crawling outside. It was so gross for "clean" floors. Having multiple issues with a bare house that in theory should be easy to clean? There's too many options in Denver to book this company again. So all this to say- I won't be booking them again.

**If you are considering hiring BlueSpring cleaning services, I strongly recommend reading this…read moreentire review first.** This is also Bluespring Cleaning, same company, same owner. If negative stars were an option, that would be the appropriate rating. My husband and I are both blind. I was recently diagnosed with MS and am mostly bed-bound, and my husband recently had an ICU stay. Because of this we hired BlueSpring for a deep clean and selected nearly every add-on they offer, including the pet fee. We were very transparent about the condition of the home and the work needed. They quoted us $819. The cleaners were supposed to arrive between 12:30 PM and 1 PM. They showed up around 1:30 PM. One of the cleaners, Yazmin, called to say they were parking. I explained how to access the building and let them know my husband would be taking our children out so they could work without interruption, while I would remain in bed due to my condition. They said that was completely fine. A short time after they entered the home, I received a text from someone named Chris saying they could not perform the cleaning because the home was "bio-hazard level" and recommending another company instead. No photos were included. When I replied asking for the photos referenced in the message, I received no response. My follow-up messages were ignored and it appeared that my number may have been blocked. My husband then called from his phone. Chris stated that the photos had already been sent, which was not accurate. The photos were only sent after we insisted they be emailed. The photos showed a bathroom, a bathtub with a dirty paper towel in it, and a pile of laundry. We contacted the company they recommended and received no response, so we found another company ourselves. Bio-One came the next morning, inspected the home, and said this was absolutely not a bio-hazard situation. They cleaned the home quickly and professionally with no issues. Then we checked our bank account. BlueSpring charged us $949. Not only is that more than the original quote, it was charged for a job they refused to perform after barely stepping inside the house. When we contacted them, we were told the charge had already been released around 2 PM on March 10. As of 3 AM on March 12, the charge is still posted on our account. Later that same day, Yazmin called and offered to come back Saturday to clean the home personally with her helper -- not through BlueSpring, but privately. So after the company refused the job, labeled it "bio-hazard level," and charged us anyway, one of their own cleaners attempted to take the job outside the company. The charge is now being disputed with the bank and all documentation has been preserved. Denver Maids quotes $345 for the same job BlueSpring. quoted $819 Same company... If the charge is reversed, this review will be updated to reflect that.
