I'm a California girl so there's only two things that I've been missing from back home and that's: a)authentic Mexican food and b)authentic Asian food. I saw this place had good reviews, so my friends and I decided to have lunch here. They had a 14 euro combo that came with an appetizer, a main dish and a dessert however we were all craving pad see ew so that's what we got. I immediately noticed that they used pad thai noodles not pad see ew noodles. Secondly, the waitress asked us how spicy we wanted it and three of us said very spicy and one of us said medium but we all agreed in the end that it wasn't very spicy at all compared to what we're used to. Another downside is that Thai tea is nowhere to be found in Bordeaux other than canned Thai tea. I was really hoping this place would have it but they didn't. Another rather unpleasant aspect about our meal was that the noodles were rather dry. They needed more soy sauce or something because they were all stuck together. It was an ok meal but not worth 13 euros. I will not be coming back. read more
