My mouth did not feel like it was slathered with WD40( as it usually does from a typical Chinese restaurant) after the meal. Ate every morsel, no random fat chunky blobs of meat or uncooked dense noodle parts. I came back and had the noodle soup- beef and it was also spectacular.
