Authentic? Idk. I have eaten a good amount of Asian cuisine, however I have never visited any Asian countries and I believe that unless you have done so, you have no right to say whether it is authentic or not.
The restaurant itself is pretty chic. I am a fan. Service was okay, aber it could have been better... waited a very long time after our plates cleared to get the check.. :/
I ordered water, I really had no idea what else to drink and felt like today was not the day to try saki.
For a starter, the BF and I ordered the Beef Gyoza. They were pretty good!! And they came with a hot wasabi mustard/soy dipping sauce which could have been better. I would order them again but try the veggie..
Decided to order Chicken Yakisoba, and was pretty satisfied. The portion was good but flavor was a bit mute.... ALSO there was a giant serving of pickled ginger on my plate.... smh. I couldn't eat any of the food under or around it because I happen to hate that flavor as it seeped into the rest of my plate... bleh.
I would be happy to return to try the fried rice! In comparison, I prefer it over Wagamama...
