I had a WHOLE egg to myself and it was slightly runny which you know a damn fact makes a ramen more wholesome! The other bits of toppings were good as well. My friend order their Miso ramen which I gave a try and I'll say fora fact that it was lacking a bit in what a Miso ramen stands for. The Gyu-don was just what the doctor prescribed: the ratio beef to rice was perfect and so so tasty. Simple but the taste of the beef and rice was simply great. The red bean bun was also super nice, much better than the frozen ones you buy at the supermarket and steam to warm up at home. I know it sounds silly but I felt like you could taste the love these dishes were made with! For Zurich the price was also super decent, the small Gyudon was certainly enough to fill me up for dinner. I am putting PUTPUTakeaway on my list of fave takeaway/delivery places in Zurich. However, you can order from the menu and ask them to exclude cream cheese. As with the other Yooji's, you can conveniently see, grab and eat sushi right off the conveyor belt. Or you can also order from the menu, which also offers warm food like udon noodle soup. Even though Yooji's is a chain in Zurich, this location has the better sushi - please don't be fooled and think you will get a similar environment and quality of food at the one say at Bellevue, you won't! The atmosphere is casual and calm, the temperate is just right, and they also offer a good outdoor seating when temperature permits. The service has always been average to very good. If you are there when they are making the makis - there is a pretty big cool machine that the workers put sushi rice in, and then the machine automatically pumps out sushi rice onto a flattened sheet of nori, ready for the sushi chefs to roll veggies or fish to make a quick and mean maki. Entertaining to watch for first few times, especially with children or adults who are fascinated with "how do you make...".
