    The Bird - $16
    Parker G.

Nona is my favorite location in the otherwise underwhelming and disappointing Promenade Food Hall! I visited the Fontainebleau's new Promenade Food Hall to try something from each of the food spots there as part of a video, and found Nona to be the best spot here - BY FAR! I placed my order online using the QR codes they have throughout the space and it was ready almost right away! I decided to try out The Bird for $16, and wasn't disappointed in the slightest! Upon receiving my sandwich, I found it to be a very hefty, generous size - easily enough for two people or to save as a second meal later in the day. It was also very delicious - well proportioned when it came to the deli meats in conjunction with the lettuce and other fresh toppings. Needless to say, I was very impressed with its size, taste, and quality! If you visit the Promenade Food Hall at Fontainebleau, I highly recommend stopping by Nona's! Their service is fast, and the sandwiches both large AND delicious!

Took 40 minutes from when I ordered, to getting a sandwich. My wife ordered a burger from next door, after I had placed my order. She ended up finishing her burger before my food was even out. They offered me free chips to accommodate the 40 minute wait time. Not sure why it takes so long to make an Italian Sub, but if time is worth your money, I'd look elsewhere. Or at the very least, put in your order and go gamble for an hour or so and maybe it will be ready +1 star because the food itself was solid. Wait times are just a bit insane.

Nona's is a sandwich option in the food hall of the new Fontainebleau Hotel. VTC (Vegas Travel Companion) and I shared a meatball sub. I was still hungry after eating a mediocre sandwich fr Break. The meatballs were seasoned well, moist and good sized. I should have skipped the sandwich fr Break, and eaten this half sandwich along w/ some of the onion rings VTC bought. It was that filling. As I said in my review of Break, you can order fr a QR code at your table. You receive a text when your food is ready. All in all, a much better experience vs Break. Nonetheless, the food hall at Fontainebleau was slim pickens.

I was hungry but the hubs wanted to share dinner. I wanted tacos. Nope. Hubs wanted a sandwich. I wanted the tri-tip dip. Nope. Hubs wanted meatballs. After 35 years of marriage, I knew when I was beat. Don't tell him I said this but he was right. The meatball sub was absolutely delicious. I'm not sure if the meatballs were housemade but they definitely could have been. Fresh mozzarella, the crunchy roll and a cup of warm marinara made for quite a delight. The three meatballs were large and it was hard to just take a bite of the sandwich. I deconstructed my half a little, eating some of the meatball with a fork which worked to keep me from getting sauce down the front of my new white shirt. Half would have been enough had we gotten dessert but we didn't - I really could have eaten the whole sandwich myself. (So he was ALMOST right, you can tell him that). I have absolutely no idea when and if we will be back, but if I am, this meatball sub will definitely be on my radar.

I had a bit of free time before I met up with some friends, so I decided to come check out Fontainebleau and grab a bite to eat. After walking around their food court, I settled on Nona, which seemed to offer some simple deli sandwiches. Now, I will not lie...the price for just a Muffy Witson sandwich was rather steep, and it doesn't include any sides nor a pickle spear. When I first got my sandwich, I was rather disappointed. The flavor just wasn't quite there for me. HOWEVER, I asked the chef for another side of their creamy horseradish sauce/spread. This completely changed the game for me, and I would hands down get this expensive sandwich again because it was truly the most divine deli sandwich I've had out here in Las Vegas!!! Additionally, Brandon (cashier who assisted me) was extremely pleasant and very helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure everything met my expectations. Fantastic service served with a smile--love to see it as a solo diner--thanks for making me feel welcome! The decor is also very cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Comfy seats and I loved how the tables are close to greenery/plants. Lastly, I know my review mentioned some marks that were missed BUT it was opening week and of course they're still ironing things out. With that being said, the executive chef took my suggestions to heart and seemed open to ideas for improvement of food and general operations. Thanks again so much for a delicious, quick meal and the amazing service. I can see why this place is called "Nona"--they really go above and beyond to make you feel like you're dining at an Italian nona's. Definitely will be back!!!

Quite a sandwich for the money - tasty, well structured and heavily laden with the good stuff. Counter service is professional and food comes out quick; bussers roaming the Promenade food court make short work of anything that needs doing. The food court has ample seating in different areas so we've never had difficulty finding a space that felt cozy to us. Eighties music continues to remind us of how old we are these days!

Gotta say a pretty good sandwich. Yes it's expensive but easily splittable. Worth every penny. Fresh and delicious.

The food court here does NOT disappoint!! Yes it is expensive however every single item purchased from every business has been outstanding. This sandwich shop has 2 different types of bread you pick from. They are rather small. But very good! The chicken cutlet sandwich was amazing!

*UPDATED REVIEW* 3/15/26:…read more Came here again, to try out a couple of different sandwiches and honestly these 2 are my new favorites! L'INFERNO: $17 Porchetta, Nduja, Spicy Eggplant, Spicy Zucchini, Arugula This sandwich is packed with bold flavor and the perfect amount of heat. The porchetta has a rich, savory pork flavor, while the nduja, a spicy chili pepper pork spread, adds a deep smoky spice that really makes the sandwich stand out. The spicy eggplant and zucchini bring another layer of flavor and a softer texture that balances the richness of the porchetta. The arugula adds a fresh, crisp bite that brightens everything up and keeps the sandwich from feeling too heavy. The textures in the L'Inferno are honestly perfect. Between the porchetta, creamy nduja, eggplants, and fresh arugula, every bite is flavorful and well balanced. If you like sandwiches with a little spice and a lot of flavor, this one is a great choice! LA PARADISO: $18 Mortadella, Stracciatella, Pistachio Cream, Pistachios This was easily my favorite sandwich here. The mortadella is sliced super thin and has such a smooth, silky texture with a really nice pork flavor. The stracciatella is incredibly creamy, rich, and fresh. If you love burrata like I do, you will definitely love this. The pistachio cream is what really makes this sandwich special. It adds just a hint of sweetness that brings everything together and makes the flavors stand out even more. When it mixes with the creamy stracciatella it creates such a good combination. The crushed pistachios also add a really nice crunch that balances the whole sandwich out. Of course the star of the show is the Tuscan schiacciata bread. It is perfectly baked with a chewy texture that holds everything together so well. I still love how simple but high quality their ingredients are. It really shows how amazing a sandwich can be when everything is fresh and authentic. This place STILL deserves all the hype!

We came across All'Antico Vinaio online and thought it would be the perfect choice - great reviews and a super convenient location in the Venetian, right next to the Sphere. Like many things in Vegas, it did feel a bit pricey, but that's to be expected. I ordered La Paradiso since I'm a sucker for mortadella and pistachio. I don't remember exactly which sandwiches everyone else ordered, but I do remember that all of ours were served toasted (they asked if that's how we wanted them prepared), and we all enjoyed them. I'd definitely like to make a point of stopping by here again the next time I'm in the area.

The menu isn't huge, which is usually a good sign, because it means they try and perfect what they have on there. The bread is nice and soft and the meat is flavorful. It also comes with a layer of (garlic?) french fries over the roast beef. I've also had the Italian Hoagie and the Prime Beef & Cheddar and both are just as yummy. One of the things that we really appreciate is the dill pickle spear that we get with each of our sandwich orders. Having that pickle on the side really makes the order feel complete. It's like having a burger and fries or chips and a sandwich. At the deli, you expect the pickle with your sandwich. This was not the case the last time that we ordered food from here. We stopped in on Mother's Day. We ordered our sandwiches. Everything seemed fine. Our sandwich containers got pushed along the line and when they were ready, they called our name. Simple right? No. Not exactly. The cashiers were quick to take our money and we were just as quick to bring our sandwich back, upset and disgruntled. We felt gypped. None of us got pickles. We didn't know why. The hubby was upset! He went to the cashier to complain. He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He was not asking for a refund on his sandwich. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. I can't even tell you how upset he was. Like I said, I know it seems like a silly thing, but it's like missing the fries to your burger or the chips to your sandwich. The whole entire sandwich felt incomplete!!! So like I said, a refund for the tip was requested. Instead, the cashier ended up refunding the entire cost of one of the sandwiches. We tried to compromise with the deli, asking that maybe we buy a side of potato salad, but instead because of the problem with the pickle being unavailable, maybe they only charge half of the regular price of that sign. We're trying to upsell ourselves. Not Conley. The cashier didn't say anything. She just had a crunching. She didn't make eye contact. She never said sorry. She just went ahead to refund the cost of no one and that wasn't. Now, granted that was still a good amount, but the whole ordeal really so simple to dissolve. We were really disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the cashier trust us. We were also even more upset with the fact that the deli wouldn't let people know ahead of their ordering that there were no pickles. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly. Hopefully the next time that we pay this deli a visit, the pickle situation will have been resolved.
