There's a lady in her late forties or fifties with blonde hair dyed. Apparently she's the night shift because it's about 5am. I have never experienced such rudeness. I was very kind to her asking her permission if I could finish my coffee. This lady literally tried To start beef with me. I've been a returning customer for a long time but it's safe to say I don't feel valued. She gave me a huge lecture on why i'm not welcome to even finish my coffee. When I came out of the bathroom she had put the chairs up right on my books to make it clear I was not welcome. What was odd to me? Is that I didn't do anything rude to her. I was extremely polite. I often spend money at these stores On fuel, coffee tea and food. But now I don't feel welcome at this one.​ She even told me I'm only welcome Long enough to purchase something. The chevron station up the street has a note on the door that they'll pump the gas if you need them too, but the clerk refused and said they weren't allowed to do so.

Then I called back, waited 1 hr and 45 min, automated system told me there was one person ahead of me, THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I need to transfer my prescription to my California pharmacy and my pharmacy will not process it until it is canceled at this Walgreens pharmacy. I am currently two days behind on a very needed medication and I am feeling the health effects of it. I am beyond enraged. I don't know what to do. My doctors office said they cannot do anything until I personally cancel this prescription with this pharmacy. How is this pharmacy in business with all of these bad reviews? !!????!

The customer service is not the best if you can't get through 5-6 phone call in 30 minutes. It is very sad that we can't get through to them to get things figured out. Anyone thinking about using any Walgreens I recommend that you find somewhere else, you will be happier at ANY OTHER pharmacy. It has taken me 4 minutes to get through the review process; I have now been waiting for 34 minutes. It's now been 55 minutes, and I am still on hold. I have done other work things, put them on hold to make phone calls for my job and still haven't been able to talk to someone. I am so glad that I can waste so much time. It says there is still 1 caller ahead of me. 1 hour in and I can't handle it anymore. I will transfer elsewhere.
