    if there was a 0 star option id give it that. that customer service i received was awful, the male was very rude and unprofessional

    Does anyone work here!?!!?? I have been trying to cancel my prescription by waiting on hold…read moreliterally all day. I started with waiting on hold for over 2-1/2 HOURS. Then I called back, waited 1 hr and 45 min, automated system told me there was one person ahead of me, THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I need to transfer my prescription to my California pharmacy and my pharmacy will not process it until it is canceled at this Walgreens pharmacy. I am currently two days behind on a very needed medication and I am feeling the health effects of it. I am beyond enraged. I don't know what to do. My doctors office said they cannot do anything until I personally cancel this prescription with this pharmacy. How is this pharmacy in business with all of these bad reviews? !!????!

    I have been on hold with them for the last 30 minutes for at least 10 minutes it's been saying…read morethere's 2 callers ahead of me!!! The customer service is not the best if you can't get through 5-6 phone call in 30 minutes. It is very sad that we can't get through to them to get things figured out. Anyone thinking about using any Walgreens I recommend that you find somewhere else, you will be happier at ANY OTHER pharmacy. It has taken me 4 minutes to get through the review process; I have now been waiting for 34 minutes. It's now been 55 minutes, and I am still on hold. I have done other work things, put them on hold to make phone calls for my job and still haven't been able to talk to someone. I am so glad that I can waste so much time. It says there is still 1 caller ahead of me. 1 hour in and I can't handle it anymore. I will transfer elsewhere.
