(They offer late appointments, so even if you get off work at 5, you still have time to be seen.) But best of all - the care and treatment you get here is incredible. Before I came here, I visited chiropractors, doctors and masseuses to help relieve my back pain. Although they tried different techniques, nothing really helped. Then my rib area started to hurt, almost unbearably at times, and I was tired of spending time and money on treatments that weren't working. Someone recommended trying a physical therapist. I found Advanced Physiotherapy and made an appointment to see Mag (the practitioner). The first visit was almost miraculous. The pain went down by about 70% and Mag gave me some exercises to do at home. I was actually able to sleep through the night, for the first time in years. After the third visit, the pain around my ribs went away completely. That was three years ago. Now, anytime I have pain anywhere (shoulder, back, etc), I go to see Mag. I point to what hurts, and by the time I leave, the pain is gone. I recommend Advanced Physiotherapy to anyone who mentions they hurt, and everyone always raves about how great their visit went. The PT and their service were great…read more But watch out from their billing department. They over charged me after the insurance claims were settled. They sent more than 10 mailings saying I owed money. After more than 20 phone calls with them and my ins co (3 way call), I proved I didn't owe money, but that they owed me $2.91. I also filed a complaint with the TN Atty General's Office for Consumer Affairs. So if you use this place, keep your records and receipts. They are relentless.

I was first referred to the physical therapist Nicole by my pain doctor. She stated that she knew Nicole knew what CRPS/RSD was and that she was competent with migraines. I've never been to a physical therapist that did knew what that disease was and continues to constantly look for new literature on how to best treat the disease. When I first came in, I was getting regular arm cramps and my left arm was extremely weak, only being able to grip 15 pounds. Today, after several months of therapy, I was able to grip 45 pounds!!! Nicole, my physical therapist, was extremely impressed!! She had put in her notes that she was expecting me to only grip to 30 pounds but that I greatly exceeded her expectations!!! Kari, the receptionist, has been very kind from the beginning. She was extremely knowledgeable. If I needed to reschedule, she was accommodating and if I was going to be delayed due to me running late, she was also very kind. Samantha (Sam), the physical therapist assistant, also was very helpful. She got me set up for exercises, and she would even entertain my twins sometimes. The other therapists are also very kind. Lauren at the Front Desk was/is ALWAYS so pleasant to greet you and accommodate whatever you needed! The majority of my sessions were managed by Ann who was/is a SUPERSTAR(!). Always patient, always knowledgeable, pushed me appropriately and advanced my progress in recuperating in a BIG way over a few weeks. She always answered my many questions and again - patient with me! Her "grace" was welcome & understood my desire to get out back to a quality of life for recreation/golf/normalcy/etc.. Very grateful for her! Also privileged to have had Brian who was awesome as well! Great demeanor, patient as well, genuine individual (plus he's from my home state of GA, ha!). I have been to other therapy treatment centers without getting good results. Results Physiotherapy in Farragut was my only hope for total healing. They have provided me the best treatment for my conditions and highly recommend them to anyone with serious physiotherapy needs. I am able to do most of my activities with minimal pain and very pleased with my ability to be mobile again. The staff is very knowledgeable and outstanding in meeting my needs. A coworker encouraged me to go to Results Physiotherapy. When I first went to see Graeme Keys, I told him he was my last hope. After his assessment, he told me what he thought was the problem. I was amazed that none of the other physical therapists had been able to identify that as the problem. After several months of therapy with Graeme, I have been amazed at how much better my back feels. Before I had pain EVERY day. Now I have pain occasionally...but usually only after a lot of physical activity. I highly recommend the Results Physiotherapy in Farragut. They have given me my life back.
