I called to get a referral authorization for PT. The nurse is not responsive and my request to speak to the doctor was refused. I would not recommend this clinic if you have joint issues.

I made an appointment through their website yesterday (their website which currently claims they are taking new patients and you can book appointments online) to take my son to have a new patient appointment and get his eye checked for an infection, and when we got here this morning, the girl at the front desk said that they were no longer taking new patients and would not accept our appointment after all. I literally had an email confirmation telling me to come in at 8:30. How can you run a business this way?! I took off work and pulled my son out of school for this appointment. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. They responded with a super rude comment back to my google review as well, so this confirms that I won't be giving them another chance.

Horrible way to add pictures to their website for your insurance card and drivers license. Super laggy website, long wait times, not a place I'll be back to. I broke my leg on a Tuesday night, eventually Thursday afternoon they get me in to check me out. Wow - this place (and the care) is great. The environment is clean and inviting. The available open…read morehours are very accommodating. (They offer late appointments, so even if you get off work at 5, you still have time to be seen.) But best of all - the care and treatment you get here is incredible. Before I came here, I visited chiropractors, doctors and masseuses to help relieve my back pain. Although they tried different techniques, nothing really helped. Then my rib area started to hurt, almost unbearably at times, and I was tired of spending time and money on treatments that weren't working. Someone recommended trying a physical therapist. I found Advanced Physiotherapy and made an appointment to see Mag (the practitioner). The first visit was almost miraculous. The pain went down by about 70% and Mag gave me some exercises to do at home. I was actually able to sleep through the night, for the first time in years. After the third visit, the pain around my ribs went away completely. That was three years ago. Now, anytime I have pain anywhere (shoulder, back, etc), I go to see Mag. I point to what hurts, and by the time I leave, the pain is gone. I recommend Advanced Physiotherapy to anyone who mentions they hurt, and everyone always raves about how great their visit went. The front desk clerk is always friendly and welcoming. They also work hard to make your return visits to fit in your schedule. In the center of the room is an island composed of adjustable desks and a medical supplies cart that all the therapist a stand around communicating with each other and documenting, waiting for their patients to complete their specific exercise. I enjoyed the enduring conversation of teaching and encouragement of the students that are working their way to earn their doctorate degree. I like that they give you a choice to keep a single therapist, although all the therapists act as a team and help out if your therapist gets stuck on another patient. I feel confident with the therapists. Alex is my favorite. They are vet friendly and work with the VA.

I landed in Nashville not feeling well, called and confirmed they close at 9. Drove the 2hrs & 40 minutes & arrived at 8:40. When I went to sign in I was told by the receptionist who was wiping everything down that they took there last pt of the day, but she would give me the paperwork & I could come back in the morning. No where on the website or during my phone call was I informed there was no mention of a cut off. Besides there was only one person there. I found her & this policy extremely unprofessional, uncaring & not in line with a medical oath. If I was told this I would have stopped at an urgent care in Nashville. Meanwhile it's 1am and I feel horrible with a fever.

I'd explain my usual upper respiratory symptoms and based on severity, I'd get a shot or a prescription for antibiotics. Nothing really out of the ordinary. But here recently, I'm not quite sure what has changed but they don't seem quite concerned with helping address the problem. Long story short, we were with MS family for Christmas visits and arrived home on the 23rd. A week prior I'd noticed my ear was a tad irritated. Normally if it continues into the next morning I know I've got a problem. This time it didn't, but started again almost nightly. Fast forward to the 23rd on our way home and my head was stopped up and my ear was hurting! I made my mind up to go when we got home. It was more or less brushed off as possible UR infection or it 'could' be viral. So here, take this prescription of antibiotics and wait 3 days to start! I did not, I knew exactly what was coming, I asked for a shot. Denied. The day after Christmas my fiancé had the same symptoms and went in. She too was brushed off and told to take mucinex and nose spray. So here we are, a week later, BOTH of having taken a round of antibiotics and this mess has settled into both of our chests. We're both pretty convinced we now have bronchitis. Hooray for treatment right? Then I find out that my MIL had these symptoms and went to a clinic in MS! She received a steroid shot, antibiotics and she's perfectly fine now. I feel we were severely let down! We're looking into a different clinic in Lenoir City that's not in UT system.
