I asked for the gouda ones. "We don't have them." Followed by a blank stare. Did I get asked about something they didn't have just so they could shoot me down?! I had to ask for it after I ordered, but they were very polite and gave no problem at all about cooking it. They have "taken back" on their sign so I think it was our fault. Went across the road to Safeway, special order tag on sandwich, bag, and receipt and yet no pickles. Sure, you could say it's no big deal, and in the grand scheme of things it isn't, it's just sub-par, and for an outfit not built on being the greatest hamburger or anything, it's these types of hmmm non-important details McD's customers at the very least expect to be met. This is not a McDonald's, or at least it's a shameful representation of McDonalds U and the McDonalds way. Once maybe. Consistently bad reviews and experiences make for obvious ineptitude. Get your act together. If you don't know how to consistently deliver, go back to corporate and learn how to better represent the brand.
