To make up for the lack of experience; he micro managed the employee. since the job was based on an hourly rate; the lack of experience ended up costing more money. Once the job was almost done, he sent me an invoice and asked for a check immediately. when I questioned his hours on the invoice; he responded with insults and was very rude. He finally admitted that he charged me an extra two hours because he had to baby sit his employee who lacked experience in painting cabinets and that he also had to get extra supplies. I ended up paying him for an extra hour based on the supply run. He cashed the check and called me the next day with more insults and told me he felt like a robbed him.
