I have mixed feelings about Noland's as I had a few substantial problems in the beginning but Greg Noland came out and listened patiently to my concerns. He then offered solutions and was not just placating me. I have the highest regard for Josh Hunter-project manager- and his crew. They arrived promptly and did the tear off and new roof replacement in one day and Josh stayed the entire time. It was getting dark when they did the clean up-including magnet sweeping for nails etc. so, the very next morning Josh and his crew showed up to magnet sweep again to double insure a thorough cleanup. I was truly impressed. The gutters were installed the following day and although installed perfectly, I was disappointed that a new palm tree frond got broken and little snips of metal were left . If you want a company who has great service Call Noland's Roofing and ask for "Team Mercer". They make a great team truly excited to see our new roof in a few weeks. Yes we have to wait a few weeks for install but do you really want a company who can do it the next day? NO! We signed a direction of payment I was a little weary at first. But they came not only once but twice to our home and met with insurance adjusters. So yes after all their hard work and help from their office staff (I think her name is Suzzanne who called to let us know that they were still pursuing insurance). I had zero problems with Noland's Roofing. My home was badly hit by Hurricane Irma and hail from another storm. Noland's Roofing came out, inspected my roof, worked with my insurance company (so I didn't have to) and got my new roof approved! The salesman (Zack) was knowledgeable and easy going and made the entire experience a breeze. He pointed out things that other roofing companies did not and sent me pictures for back up. Communication was always a phone call away and they made sure to follow up with me from time to time during the process and I really appreciated that. Nolan's Roofing replaced both our home and my husbands wood working work shop and we are very pleased. They responded quickly to our request for an estimate and the timeline for the work was good. The workshop roof was at an awkward pitch, which required unique methods of roofing and they were great. But I really want to focus on the office staff, especially Jennifer S. We had so many issues with our insurance company that without Jennifer's assistance, perseverance and patience I do not think we would have been approved for reimbursement. My experience with Nolands Roofing. I was looking for a roofing company to help with damage to my roof from last year's hurricane. I called three different company's. Nolands was the first to call me back. Gary (my specialist) came out promptly and assessed the damage and gave me the options. Gary also dealt with my insurance company throughout the process so I didn't have to. Once the insurance portion was taken care of, Gary scheduled my new roof to be installed. Once I called them they where very responsive to our needs. The project was completed timely without compromising the quality of the workmanship. I was very nervous having a new roof installed on my home. I did a lot of research on surrounding roofing company's before I decided to go with this one. This is a top notch company!! The thing I like the most is the professionalism and the fact that they can do ALL of your home improvements with just one call. Awesome is how I would describe Noland's Roofing. Gary Noffsinger helped us through the process. It took some time but after 6 months of dealing with an insurance company that does not care about it customer base. He persevered and the entire roof was replaced. Wow!, is the only word I can think of, to describe their ability to complete a job quickly and with greeat workmanship. They worked crazy fast and in Florida, with it's crazy heat and humidity, it can rain any given minute, speed is crucial. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof. Thank you Team Mercer for helping us with our roof. Twice the insurance had denied us than we called Noland's Roofing they sent out Ronnie and Hemda. They took photos of our damage showed it to us and told us they would try and help no guarantee but they would do what they could. They set up another inspection. I knew nothing about roofing. Neighbors were getting their roofs replaced because of hail damage. Because of hail damage? When? Noland's came out and sure enough they found hail damage. They met with the insurance adjuster and took care of everything else. Great communication from their office. Great workers. One minor issue which they took care of the very next day. This company takes no pride into what they do for business. Matthew H is a great salesman but doesn't know much about the rain gutter. He sent the crew and they did a bad job to complete the installation. First crew the sub-contractor didn't finish the job and left. Regular crew with Noland's came back and shorted me by one spout. You really can't trust these people with your roof and rain gutter as much as I wanted to support local business. read more

Was pretty easy process. Very glad I went with them because the workmanship was impeccable. We are very glad we went with this company.
