Superior Sound is the shelter for their reckless sound creations. The building is large and industrial with ample amounts of rooms, I think there are over 20 rooms. I'll have to check on that one. The rooms rented out are over 400 bucks a month which is not a hefty fee to pay for a service like this. Rooms are average sized and some have multilevel to them to get that "onstage feeling" to them. The owner is super chill and makes his rounds quite frequently communicating with the bands but I hear is a stickler about rent money being on time. Ample parking available and good networking opportunities with the bands who call the studio home.

Today I attended a photography workshop at Quadrant and it was fun, informative and very social. I…read morelearned quite a bit about product photography. This is an area I knew nothing about and when I start my new business I am confident this knowledge will be useful. The workshop was lead by John Toma. John knows his stuff and is excellent with articulating his knowledge and helping you apply it. This was a hands on workshop and we had the opportunity to use different lighting techniques and help each other solve shadow problems etc. We also took a tour of the studio and I loved it. We were told more workshops are coming and they have a lot of equipment that can be used for a portrait sitting. Upstairs they have a music recording studio, it was very cool to be in a recording studio for the first time. They are getting busy, so if you want to use this studio make sure to book it way in advance. I am looking forward to the next workshop here!!
