One of the Thai Restaurants ever!…read more I may not have traveled everywhere...yet, but I can assure you that Siam will thrill the lovers of Asian cuisine!! But to the point: Food: excellent!!!! Exaggerations excluded!!! We ordered a delicious salad with shrimps.. Not sure about the name... But it was amazing.. However our main courses were mind-blowing! Good quality, GOOD portions and the best of tastes!! Chicken, duck or veggie lovers, you will love it!! As I did!! Service: polite, friendly, helpful and smily ! Environment: calm, tidy, clean!! Very nice place!! Decoration well considered! The image of the dishes also very well taken care of especially with the little candles that keep your dish warm! One comment though: what I didn't like is that the restaurant remains closed during the late noon hours.. However, people are still hungry at that times, right? However, if that is the price we have to pay in order to keep the place authentic and perfect, I can afford it!! Still reading my review? Go go go people!!!! Taste it!

I was able to call in and place my order although there have been times I have gone in to place it and wait about 20 minutes for preparation. The food has been consistently good. There are two doors to which one is always locked. Enter the door on the very corner as the doors next to the outside menu are always closed. Was able to communicate in English as I don't know German and the gentleman was very kind and patient.

Although there wasn't anyone dining in they were constantly cooking in the back as there were pick ups and delivery folks constantly coming in and out. Got the food home. The fried rice was good. The first bite of pad Thai had a strong hit of fish sauce so I squeezed the lime all over it and it took it down a few notches. It was really good after that. So far the best Thai place I've found in the Kaiserslautern area.

The service is pretty quick but my last visit the waitress didn't care to ask me how spicy I wanted my pad Thai and ended up with 0 spice. Partially my fault as I could also remind her but it is usually asked. Ambiance is casual and they take cash or card!

I ordered the pineapple white tea which was amazing and the green curry with chicken. I asked how spicy it was which I was told about medium. I asked for additional spice to be added because I was craving something spicy. The green curry was made up of the green curry sauce, chicken, mixed vegetables and jasmine rice... oh and that extra spice I asked for, I got it!!! It started to make my nose run which is the level of spice I like in the green curry!! Not much more I can say about this place; it was clean on the inside and out which I sat outside on such a nice day. Service was fast and a good price for the amount of food you receive! I would definitely recommend
