I certainly wasn't delivering the mail. Place was somewhat well organized but the inventory seemed slim. Items I was looking for weren't available. Prices also seemed on the higher side. Employee was busy with something else, not a customer but some behind the counter paperwork stuff, and whenever I had a question about price or whatnot, or wanted to see something behind the counter I had to try to get his attention. Probably could've been out of there in less than 10 minutes but because of the employee I was there for 30 minutes or more. Lots of little issues and some major glaring problems force me to hand out 1 star. I'd say it might be better next time, but I'm not sure my first visit left me wanting to revisit.

The tobacco selection is a bit limited, but I keep coming back because it's easy and reliable. Today was frustrating though. I wanted to get things done before the rain started. I checked the hours online it said they open at 9. I showed up around 9:30a and the store was closed. The hours posted on the storefront also said they were supposed to be open at 9am. I figured someone might be running late, so I went grocery shopping and came back around 10:30. Still closed. Got home, unloaded my groceries. I tried calling both phone numbers listed on Google and Yelp multiple times and never got an answer. If someone had just picked up and said they were running late, I would have waited and come back. After nearly two hours past opening time with no communication, I ended up taking my business somewhere else. I like this place, but reliable hours and communication really matter.

I typically use cash but their ATM was out of service so I had to use my card to purchase 7 packs of Marlboro reds and a small torch. I had to pay a dollar extra per pack for using my card (13.99) Then I see the total is 117. And it doesn't make sense but I think oh the extra money for the card and I feel weird questioning cashiers already so I let it go. But as I'm driving home the math really wasn't mathin.
