My experience today is the perfect example: I was looking to rent 2 tables and and 25 chairs. They understood 25 tables and we're trying to make arrangements for when they would deliver and pick up. Then when I clarified that it was only 3 tables, they suddenly didn't have any available! This makes no sense! I would have appreciated her being truthful to say that for holidays they only deliver in big quantities or something. However, these people have no sense of business! My suggestion: take your business to an establishment that really wants your business no matter how big it is.

I had previously been fitted and when I went to try on the shirt the sleeves were way too short and the shirt looked old and worn. I lost my deposit because I refused take a rental that was in such poor condition. As for the customer service, the attendant was rude and cared little so satisfy the customer's needs. I will not be returning here. If you want to rent a suit I suggest you go somewhere else.

It may seem like a small thing, but it showed she genuinely cares and respects that customers work hard for their money. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Michala hala's attention to detail really stood out. You can definitely tell she was raised right and kudos to whoever hired her! I've had so many bad experiences where I told associates there I was sold my own clothes and put them in the bag not just roll them up or ball them up. Ross is lucky to have her! First time at that shopping center off Perris Blvd and it was a big center and busy before 10 a.m. They did the return and then I went looking in the doggie area. Found 2 different harnesses and a super cute black blouse for me in the ladies section, and some buffalo lung treats for my dog Bella. She loves them. The service was great and they had only 2 gals working, and when I went to go checkout, there must have been 10 people in front of me, and 2 gals behind the counter working . I must say the 2 gals working did a great job getting those people taken care of . They were very organized,fast, friendly and very good at what they do. I will go back there again. (I have to anyways, because 1 of the harness is too small)
