My name is Mr Lev Chen Hayim and due to the fact that I am the main subject in these negative reviews I have to reply and make things clear. My reputation of over 8 years as a property manager and landlord has been highly appreciated by at least 95% of about 1000 tenancies that I have passed through. Some people even called me a "guardian angel" as I had helped them so much during their tenancies. I have more than 160 cards and letters received over the years saying simply "thank you" for what I have done for them. I do this job mostly with my heart not only for the money. There will always be a few people that are not satisfied but when my good name and reputation are being slandered officially I have to reply.
The reviewers calling themselves Z.Z from Crouched are Mr Rupert Hill and Ms Elena Diaz Ureta. They were very difficult tenants from the day they had moved in. There was not even a single week without a complaint. They were arguing with other tenants in the building. They emailed and called me to complain about anything sometimes even 15 times per week. 99% of the complaints were absolutely baseless and made just for their own pleasure, as I believe complaining was some sort of their hobby. When the landlords started a new development in front of the building they lived the decking had to be taken off from the patio. Due to this fact they were compensated by having their rent lowered. From the commencing day of this development they started their few-hours-per-day video recording of the workers and were using their "blockbusters" to instigate the rest of the tenants in the building to act against the landlords and myself, not to mention about disturbing the workers, and even worst, breaching their privacy as the films were made without the workers' consent. Over the phone to me or landlords Mr Rupert Hill and Ms Elena Diaz Ureta were always very apologetic about their behaviour and were promising not to do it again, alas, the history has a way of repeating itself ,so, within the next 24h they were doing exactly the same things for which they had just apologised.
Therefore I am saying, if they claim that it was so bad experience to live in our property why were they so upset by the fact that they had to move out?
Let me make things clear now. Mr Rupert Hill and Ms Elena Diaz Ureta have never been evicted it was a mutual decision made between them and myself. As a result of 5 different meetings I had with them we had reached into agreement that the property was not good enough for them and they would never be 100% satisfied, so it would be the best for them to move out and they admitted it.
Another review comes from J.C
What I have to say about this one is as follows: J.C received a brand new flat with high standard equipment installed and in general very attractive property. The way the flat looked like after she moved out was horrifying. The flat was inhabitable, absolutely not possible to rent, ruined. Furniture was destroyed, carped partly burned, mostly of cigarettes, drug consumption kits scattered across the flat and you don't want to know what I found in the toilet. The deposit of £1500 was a drop in the ocean of the costs that I had to face in order to bring the flat back to its primal condition. She was absolutely aware of the way she had left the flat. She was so embarrassed of what she did to the property that she would do anything to stop me from visiting her before she moved out. I was unable to carry out viewings as she changed locks. I was only able to see the aftermath of her tenancy after she moved out. I have emails and texts from her with apologies for the damages and way she left the flat and that she would be willing to give up her full deposit of £1500 just to avoid confrontation in court.
Finally, it is very simple to write a bad review, to slander someone on the internet. The mentioned tenants now have to be aware that their names are going to be stored on www.tenantshistory.co.uk and that may affect their credit check in the future. I would never do anything to affect a credit check of a person, no matter how bad tenants they were, if the tenancy finishes I always do step forward and don't carry grudges, however in those 2 described cases I feel obligated to do an exception and take things further in order to defend my reputation and good name. It is also a matter of honour.
Thank you very much to everyone who read my (statement) reply and I hope that you will use your common-sense in order to assess the situation and get into your own conclusions.
Kind regards
