This man will railroad you if given the opportunity and this is exactly what he did to me. I could have just paid the ticket and been done. Instead I paid this man three hundred dollars to fight this and keep it off my record. The results I got from this was not even a phone call I got an email from his secretary with the results of him going to court for me. Keep in mind this was a ticket. Now I'm on probation for three months, I owe the court over three hundred dollars and I was never asked if this was ok . He just tossed me under the buss because he didn't want to have to deal with arlington courts because they require him to be there in person and he can't do it from his office. Pure laziness. I'm in a far worse position now than i was before I hired this crook. If you have any sense keep looking DO NOT hire this man. You will regret it !!!!

I called Gioffredi & Associates prior to court date on ticket, filled out a couple forms that were emailed to me and emailed them back, paid $50 and they emailed me back with a court date and instructions. Arrived at 830am court and waited in the court room seating about 60 minutes for my lawyer to work their magic. When the associate from the firm approached me they provided me with clear instructions and were able to quickly reduce my fine and send me along my way. I was back at work downtown by 10am. This is a TRASH law firm. They took $12,500 from me and the only thing that they succeeded in doing…read morewas to damage my case so badly that I was exposed to a serious countersuit. They did no meaningful work and failed to meet any of their own deadlines, severely worsening my situation. I sued them for my retainer back, and they failed to show up even to defend themselves! They appealed verdicts several times, claiming that they missed deadlines because... get this...they claimed that they don't check their mail regularly! After wasting two and half years and appealing several Court verdicts they were denied further appeals, yet Kunal still refused to return my money. In the end I had to get a Writ of Execution and send Dallas County Constables TO HIS HOUSE WITH ORDERS TO EMPTY IT and sell everything to pay the judgment before this utterly amoral and unethical embarrassment to the legal profession finally paid up. Hiring Kunal or his firm will be the worst mistake that you ever make, I finally received a cheque last week from Dallas County, which only happened after Kunal had to explain to his wife and children how he screwed over his own client, BEGGING to be allowed to pay in the end rather than have his family's belongings seized and sold.
