I wasn't sure at first if I'd go with Jessica Yen Le as my agent. She missed a few of my calls…read moreearly on, and I had my doubts. But once we connected, everything changed. She explained the missed calls (she thought they might be spam--totally fair these days), and from that point forward, she was incredibly caring, honest, and professional. Jessica didn't just sell me a life insurance policy--she took the time to really understand my family's needs. She explained everything clearly, patiently, and with complete transparency. I could tell she genuinely cared more about doing what's right for us than just making a profit. What really impressed me is her honesty about what she doesn't know. If she's not confident about a specific topic, she tells you upfront and checks with her expert teammates to make sure you get the correct information. That level of integrity is rare and really earned my trust. She also helped my parents with their Medicare, even though she doesn't make much from that. Still, she sat with them, made sure they fully understood everything, and guided them toward the best options for their needs. That kind of care is something you don't forget. Yes, she can be busy and might not answer right away--but now I understand why. She gives every client her full attention, and when it's your turn, you feel it. She treats you with respect, patience, and kindness. I'm so grateful to have found her--not just as an agent, but as someone I truly trust with my family's well-being. Highly, highly recommend.

I left the same review for Steven's Irvine office on 9/30/2022 but I may as well just leave it…read morehere.... After our former agent Ken Smith sadly passed away and his office got dissolved, Steven ended up taking over our business in August 2022. He reached out and we were able to meet in his office. Quite a positive change as we used to converse via email with Ken's office and we started losing faith in State Farm as a lot of our suggestions for coverage and a claim for storm damage were initially declined (but another local State Farm agent was able to help us file soon after). We can say that Steven's office is "with it" and communication since the change has been a LOT better. Also he is more than able to explain why certain coverages matter and not try to simply "upsell". We are looking forward to further build a solid business relationship with this office.

Easy to get ahold of, great rates, auto-renewal, auto-debiting feature. Their website does leave a little to be desired. When I moved, my premium went up and I was told it was due to the area--fine. But since then, despite living at the same address for over a year, my rate has increased three more times with no explanation. I have zero points, no accidents, and a clean driving record since the day I started driving. Yet this morning, I discovered yet another rate increase--this time by $53--and once again, no notice, no letter, no justification. Just another unexplained hike. This is unreasonable and feels like you are raising rates simply because you can. I will be finding a different insurance company because this has become absolutely ridiculous.
